Thank you for including me in this group. I've been a student of TaiChi /Qigong for 10 years- Yang style- that's been somewhat modified for senior citizens. I've been in search of ways to deepen my practice and found Sonny on YouTube. His approach really resonated with me, and here I am! looking forward to what comes next.
