Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something I've been missing for years: my problem isn't capability or planning. I have the plan ready. The gap is between the version of me who knows exactly what to do and the version who can actually take the first step. Seven projects waiting. Time to figure out what's really happening.

After Section 2 of my Snapshot, I feel like a problem solver par excellence. I see problems clearly, generate polished solutions immediately, offer to document/execute—but then it just drops off a cliff. Sometimes it works out, but often I just don't deliver. Disheartening, to say the least.

Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot. This bit from the summary opened the lacrimal spigot: "What you're describing is the cruelest paradox of ADHD - that the brain's initiation system is broken precisely where your desire is strongest. The well isn't dry because you don't care. The well is dry because you care so much that your nervous system has flooded the circuit."
