FB keeps fucking me
Hi guys, 1 month ago i made a post about fb permanently banning my personal acc, i lost all access to 8 clients i had active. I created a new BM using my sister's acc, bought a couple ARI accounts and added them as admins, and in the span of 9 days i gradually got back access to all clients assets. Everything went well for 2.5 weeks, then they banned the BM ;), and i didn't get Admin access to my clients assets, only partner access trough my BM. so guess what? lost access to all clients resources (11 clients), again. I bought a verified BM hoping this one will last longer, and i'm going to also get double admin access to all client's BM's, hoping this will keep me safe if an admin or the BM gets banned... we'll see Lesson: don't procrastinate on building a good fb setup, bc from talking with a lot of other people and doing some research and experiencing this my self, FB sometimes bans you with NO reason, and when it happens, it's not fun. so: 1. always have 2-3 admins with full access inside your main BM 2. always get full partner access, and full admin access to the clients BM (if possible add 2 admins). This way you'll be protected from most ban scenarios.

@Thure Sander you really need: 1. Strong personal facebook account 2. Add in a picture of your ID 3. Make sure you email address and phone number for login are always up to date 4. Two Factor authenticator setup 5. Create a business portfolio, use your personal email not business email (FB needs to see you are a real person) 6. Always have two admins on the account or more 7. Tick the setting that everyone has to have two factor turned on to login in 8. Add in your business details to your business portfolio 9. Add in Partners as your clients and request - fb, insta, ad account and pixel at minimum 10. DO NOT advertise anything for your clients that will get you restricted. 11. If you are not sure what you can and cant advertise please consult chatgpt to make you a list, ask for the keywords that also cannot be advertised 12. Always keep ad accounts paid so they are not restricted 13. As soon as a restriction happens, put in a review or chat to support
Why can't I access my clients leads?
Hey everyone, I'm setting up my clients ad account and when I go to give myself (my agency) partner access it won't let me turn on the 'Leads' switch under the 'Pages' section, which I need in order to generate leads for them. We tried to fix this by going to 'Integrations' and giving me access there, but that didn't work. Has this happened to anyone before and how do I solve this? Thank you.

If you have everything turned on you will be able to access them.

Ghost restrictions on facebook
@Pauline Mitchell We've tried adding new cards, backups, etc and nothing works - basically the account is disabled while saying nothing is wrong. Anything we can do here?

Hey Winston, you will need to contact Facebook support. Go back to business settings, click help in the bottom left and see if you have the ability to start chat
Can I make a backup BM under a second personal FB account?
I already did, but will it get banned over time? @Pauline Mitchell or is the best way to add real people as a backup manager/admin

Hi @Winston Richter you need to add "People" to your business manager as an Admin. When in your BM in the left menu click People, then click add, place in their email address and follow the prompts to give them access to the business manager.

@Winston Richter yes it is as long as both accounts have two factor authenticator setup so they can't be hacked
