Question about contacting seller
@Josh Schoenly I'm using Leaddeck.ai & trying to get in touch with seller by cold calling or texting but majority of the ph# has DNC. Some sellers don't even have email so how do i get in touch with them?

Are you enhancing them with the purple enhance data? Are you set up with direct mail?

@Rugesh Shah another CRM isn’t necessary because we’ve built it and updated it to the point where it’s tracking everything now that said if you have a CRM that you would like us to connect, we certainly can. And I have no idea what you mean that Mike couldn’t set up your direct mail because we can and do set up everyone so there wouldn’t be any reason why we can’t set it up for you. Also, I would highly recommend next week to focus on following the three step deal sprint under launchpad that will be the absolute fastest way for you to be writing Contracts

If you're not using LeadDeck what the heck are you doing?!
I had an open house on a Friday afternoon. It started off pretty slow so I decided to jump into my LeadDeck and start prospecting for sellers. I had sent maybe a handful of texts (wasn't even calling since I didn't want to be on a call if someone came in..) and within minutes I had a lead call me back. He told me the property I was inquiring about had just gone under escrow BUT he had a ton of vacant land he's ready to offload. Turns out it's around 1,000 acres total in some prime areas!! Time to get to work finding the buyers for it!!

@Marciana Davis yeah that’s really weird. I’m not sure what’s going on. There is sound at some point in it. I was not aware that the beginning part did not have the audio.
