@Paul O'Neill thanks! Why don’t you post here, on the community board and ask for practice partner? I’m sure there is more people who have the same problem. Good luck 🍀
ICF ACC ACCREDITATION QUERY
Hello fellow coaches! Have you recently taken the ICF ACC accreditation exam? I am curious to hear about your experiences & also looking for tips, & recommendations on how to best prepare for it, & what to expect. My exam is 3 weeks time - I would be massively grateful for any shares. Thank youuuu!! 🙏❤️

I’m curious, how the ICF certification went? I just got certified in the same “batch” as you did as an Expert Coach and came across this post.
How To Unlock The Program (£5,000 Certification FREE)
How you unlock the program (watch this video) to get certified as an Expert Coach in less than 30 days (*************IMPORTANT*************) . . . UNLOCKING THE PROGRAM If you want to be a great coach Then you have to interact and practise your coaching skills as you go through the whole program. without practice, you will not get better. . . . The whole program can be unlocked within 2 1/2 weeks (average) Some have done it in 8 days. Some have done it in less than that. . . . Level 4 unlocks the entire program. The Expert Coach is gamified so you get the most from it. Modules get unlocked as you go through the program The more you do the more points you earn You earn points by interacting within the group. . . . How to earn points: -Post questions on your tasking If people engage with your post or question you earn a point per like/engagement. . . . CLICK THE CLASSROOM ICON AT THE TOP TO ACCESS THE MODULES AS YOU EARN POINTS YOU WILL UNLOCK MORE OF THE PROGRAM> . . . WELCOME TO THE EXPERT COACH COMMUNITY My name is Ed and I hope this is going to transform your life like nothing else you have experienced before. . . The Expert Coach Certification is sold for £5,000. This is not some fake marketing technique to get you to trust me. The truth is the online space today is not that empowering. There are few communities available for coaches and consultants That provides real value and most are just spam communities. . . Day in and day out my ads get bombarded with negative comments about coaching I get tired of people commenting negative things. how all coaches just want to make money etc Coaching is a scam etc Making money is not why I decided to become a coach. There is nothing wrong with making money from coaching However, if it is the most important factor to you as a coach You are most likely going to fail. . . Money is a by-product of being an amazing coach. Money is a by-product of being able to create amazing transformations with clients The truth is most coaches/consultants are just not that good at the skill of coaching

The one question I ask to Prioritize Effectively ❓
I am no expert or anything but I think I've come a long way with this so here it goes: Generally, when I stumble upon a big to-do list I immediately get overwhelmed. With the past I have had anxiety and stress; I hate those situations. With that, tasks start to pile up. They all scream for your attention and you lose control to the point where you can't even know where to begin. You need to start with prioritizing. Not all tasks are equal. Some require deep work some shallow. I've consumed a lot of information about this and in my experience, you need to start by asking yourself: "If I could only complete one thing today, what would make the biggest impact?” This forces you to focus on what truly matters. Not the easiest task, nor the most urgent one. But the one that aligns with your bigger goals and moves you forward. With this new focus, you just see each individual task and get rid of overwhelm. Here’s a good routine to have: 1️⃣ Start your day with clarity and intention. Before diving into work's mess, take a moment to identify and prioritize your most impactful task. A daily to-do list is so important. 2️⃣ Stick to it. Resist the temptation to get sidetracked by “busy work. I've done this more than I can count. This only will make you lose. Your focus should stay on your priority. 3️⃣ Repeat daily. Consistently asking this question will train your brain to spot high-value tasks and ignore distractions. And a plus, you'll feel the progress more than you would normally feel so more motivation 🤩🥳 Remember, productivity isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters most. Do not focus on being busy. Focus on progress. What’s your one task for today? Drop it in the comments, and let’s make it happen. 👇

@Ömer Tekin I suggest you could look at the playlists, there is some material for beginners there. You can start from practicing breath holds (increasing the length), and breathing techniques, like fire breath etc. if you know a bit about breathing techniques and have done it before, you could go straight to the breathing sessions, and pick whatever you fancy 🙂
