Burned Out, Broke & Drowning in Work? Here’s the Way Out.
Being burned out sucks 😠 Working 12 hours a day and still lying in bed thinking: “Why am I still stuck?” If that’s you, let me be clear about something: You’re not burned out and you cannot get yourself to work. You’re not in this position because you’re lazy or weak or stupid. I’ve been there and know what a struggle that is. That spiraling guilt is the worst part about it. You hate yourself for even small breaks. Even thinking back gives me chills... You’re burned out because you’ve been doing everything… and owning nothing. That endless grind you’re stuck in? 🔴 It’s not discipline. 🔴 It’s not motivation. 🟢 It’s misalignment. You’re pouring your energy into tasks that don’t move the needle. You’re building a business, but it feels more like a prison. Here’s how I am fixing it (and how you can too): 🔷 I stopped trying to do everything. 🔷 I identified what actually grows the business. 🔷 I built a simple structure around high-leverage work only. Content. Sales. Offers etc. That’s it. Everything else gets systematized or paused. If this hits you in the gut, good. That’s where the change starts. Stop spinning. Start scaling.📈 🔥 Let’s get back in control.

@Riley Jarvis I changed my approach to work. I was trying to do everything. Even though I was being busy and working hard, I was not having much of a progress. Then I learned how to prioritize. How to focus on the needle-movers.
Fear is costing you Thousands without you realizing it‼️
Everyone talks about procrastination like it’s some lazy-person disease. Like, “Oh, you’re just not motivated.” Or, “You need more discipline.” That’s all surface-level junk. The real reason most solo creators don’t move fast is 𝑭𝒆𝒂𝒓. But it’s sneaky. It doesn’t show up like “AH I’m scared!” It shows up as: - “Let me tweak this one more time.” - “I’ll start on Monday.” - “Let me watch a few more videos before I take action.” That’s not a strategy. That’s self-sabotage dressed up as planning. It is fear, and the fear is whispering in your ear. It is disguised as logic. And fear is expensive. Every week you delay launching, selling, or creating… …you’re leaking money, momentum, and clarity. So if you look at it closely, fear isn’t just an emotion. It’s a tax. And you’ve been paying it for months or maybe years. So here’s your way out: 1. Name what you’re afraid to do the most. 2. Shrink it to the smallest possible step. 3. Take that step fast. That’s how you reclaim your confidence. Not by waiting to feel ready. But by moving anyway. If this hits you, you already know it’s true.

The one question I ask to Prioritize Effectively ❓
I am no expert or anything but I think I've come a long way with this so here it goes: Generally, when I stumble upon a big to-do list I immediately get overwhelmed. With the past I have had anxiety and stress; I hate those situations. With that, tasks start to pile up. They all scream for your attention and you lose control to the point where you can't even know where to begin. You need to start with prioritizing. Not all tasks are equal. Some require deep work some shallow. I've consumed a lot of information about this and in my experience, you need to start by asking yourself: "If I could only complete one thing today, what would make the biggest impact?” This forces you to focus on what truly matters. Not the easiest task, nor the most urgent one. But the one that aligns with your bigger goals and moves you forward. With this new focus, you just see each individual task and get rid of overwhelm. Here’s a good routine to have: 1️⃣ Start your day with clarity and intention. Before diving into work's mess, take a moment to identify and prioritize your most impactful task. A daily to-do list is so important. 2️⃣ Stick to it. Resist the temptation to get sidetracked by “busy work. I've done this more than I can count. This only will make you lose. Your focus should stay on your priority. 3️⃣ Repeat daily. Consistently asking this question will train your brain to spot high-value tasks and ignore distractions. And a plus, you'll feel the progress more than you would normally feel so more motivation 🤩🥳 Remember, productivity isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters most. Do not focus on being busy. Focus on progress. What’s your one task for today? Drop it in the comments, and let’s make it happen. 👇

Why Motivation Alone Won’t Solve Your Procrastination Problem 🤷‍♂️
Think about of all the times you've waited for the magical burst of motivation to kick in to finally do the tasks you've been putting off. You've waited a lot, right? And the worst part is that it is never continuous. Because it isn't to solution to procrastination. Motivation is like the weather. Some days it’s sunny, and you feel unstoppable. Some other days it’s cloudy, and you can barely get started. Relying on it to get things done is like waiting for perfect weather before leaving the house... You’ll be stuck in the house far more often than you’d like to admit. So if isn't the solution, what is? Systems and habits. Here’s how you can stop waiting for motivation and start creating progress instead: 1️⃣ Simplify the task. Break it into smaller, manageable steps so it feels less overwhelming. 2️⃣ Build momentum by committing to just 5 minutes. Once you start, it’s much easier to keep going. Momentum is real and very effective. 3️⃣ Set triggers. Tie the task to something you already do. For example, “After breakfast, I’ll work on my most important task for 20 minutes.” Or like me you can start working immediately after morning affirmations to boost your motivation and make it even easier to transition to work mode 🤩 You should not aim to feel ready. Aim to take action anyway. Aim to make even the smallest amount of progress a priority. Once you stop depending on motivation and start building systems, procrastination becomes a lot easier to handle. What’s one task you’ll tackle today, even if you’re not feeling motivated? Feeling Overwhelmed by Your To-Do List? 👀
I know how you feel – staring at a to-do list so long, it feels like it could crush you. The more tasks you see, the more paralyzed you feel. It is tough 😥 But hear me out on this: it’s not about how much is on your list – it’s about how you approach it. The problem isn’t just having too much to do. It’s the lack of clarity about what matters most. When everything feels urgent, nothing truly gets done. Here’s a quick way to regain control: The 3-Task Rule. - Pick just three tasks that will have the biggest impact on your day. - Focus only on these until they’re done. This doesn’t mean ignoring everything else – it’s about prioritizing the actions that move you forward. The key is progress, not perfection. Feeling overwhelmed doesn’t mean you’re failing. It just means it’s time to simplify. P.S. A quick tip: After adjusting your list and starting to do the tasks, just focus the first part of the first task. Forget about anything about other tasks. Once you get going, the rest is easier. 😉 What’s one task you’ll focus on today? Share it below. 👇
