Welcome 🤗, glad to have you here
This Mom of 5 is CRUSHING Business!
I just had the pleasure of speaking with @Claudia Lopez. And man, am I inspired! This woman is running a thriving online business… From her car. In between school drop-offs. With five kids. 😳🔥 Claudia runs Winning on Purpose, a Skool community teaching people how to make money online with daily moves that bring leads + sales. She started her community last February because her inbox was blowing up with customers, and she needed one central place to serve them. Result? 🚀 Almost 1,000 members 🌎 Clients in India, Canada, Australia, UK 💰 Consistent income through digital affiliate marketing 🧠 A simple “6 Moves” framework so her members don’t spiral into overwhelm Her philosophy is beautifully simple: “Do the boring repeatable habits.” As someone who talks constantly about avoiding burnout and building rhythm instead of chaos… I deeply respect how she’s doing this. We talked about doing a more formal interview together to share her story. What do you think? Should we have her on as a guest?

Ritalin, my experience..
So, yesterday I tried Ritalin for the first time because I was overwhelmed from my mail inboxes. For 3 weeks I avoided them all like a plague. In just 4 hours after taking it I cleaned all of them no problem at all. I even reorganized all of my 3 inboxes and it was in a sort of next level hyper-focus. I've written down what I experienced, here's what happened: 1. I was able to resist impulses much better, they still came but there was like a window where I could decide to act on it or not. Normally it feels more like a compulsion 2. My handwriting improved right away 3. Colors were a bit more intense for me 4. I was clear headed, there wasn't any background noise going on in my head. It was silent but for one stream of clear thoughts There were some negative effects as well: 1. Muscles tensed up a bit faster for me, especially for my eyes and shoulders 2. Got hungry faster & needed more bathroom trips 3. After the meds were off I was feeling chaotic But I got to tell ya, if I could operate from that place every day. Life would be a walk in the park... Because of this experience I will now get my official diagnosis, I already started the process but I ADHD'ed around it. I also had a long conversation with a friend of mine who also has ADHD and he's on medication as well & he says the same. A different world. So I'm going on a new adventure to go into the care system and see what happens! I'll be sharing my progress with you guys. P.S. Anyone know that movie Limitless? That's what it felt like.

@Tori Cadry I appreciate you sharing this. It sounds like you’ve really learned how your system works instead of fighting it. The creative overstimulation part stood out to me. How do you know when it’s tipping from flow into too much?
no more lone wolf!!!!
Howdy y’all, I’m relatively new here and wanted to introduce myself and connect with others in this space. I recently joined the FF Accelerator cohort and have been really appreciating the container — but more than anything, it’s made me realize how long I was trying to do everything on my own. As a business owner with ADHD, ideas and motivation were never the issue. It was focus, follow-through, and carrying the whole thing solo. I’d start strong, get overwhelmed, then scatter or stall. What’s shifted lately is slowing down enough to clarify what I’m actually building, simplifying instead of adding more, and having real structure and humans around me. Over the past several weeks I went from a loose vision to a functioning high-ticket course with a small paid beta group — but the bigger change is internal. My nervous system feels steadier. My weeks feel clearer. My work feels more livable. I’m mostly sharing this because I’m curious who else here has wrestled with similar patterns — ADHD, overwhelm, lone-wolfing, or just trying to build something real without burning out. If that’s you, I’d love to connect. Feel free to comment or reach out. Always down to meet other founders who are building thoughtfully and learning how not to do it all alone. — Joe

@Shaun Latham Wow I respect that a lot. Most people don’t admit the crash and burn part. What do you think was the biggest shift when you stopped trying to do everything yourself? Was it mindset or just pure exhaustion forcing the lesson? I’m learning that the hard way too.

@Sebastian Schroeder I really like how you pointed out the internal change part. I think that’s the piece people underestimate the most. It’s easy to chase external progress but the inner shift is what actually makes it sustainable. Have you gone through a similar shift yourself?
How to Avoid ADHD Burnout & Procrastination
A new member, @Ced Digital, just made a very heart-felt request for help around ADHD burnout and procrastination. Seeing as this is something that many of us struggle with, I went into great detail around burnout, procrastination, and the two key motivators for getting yourself to do something if you have ADHD. You can check out the video below, where I discuss: 1. The two major ways ADHD brains find motivation for tackling tasks 2. How shame leads to burnout (and how to avoid it) 3. Why your business might feel like a chore and be difficult to execute on 4. And a bit more - all in 12 minutes! Oh, and just for funsies, I had ChatGPT fact-check me on this video so I wasn't misleading anyone. Here's what it had to say, if you're curious. (TLDR; it is all factually correct, if some bits are a little oversimplified) BTW, these are the kinds of things we help our clients with in the Focus Founders Accelerator. If you are an ADHD entrepreneur who would like help healing your nervous system, building systems that work with your brain, understanding why burnout happens, and how to build a business that aligns with your joys and feels REALLY GOOD to build, then book a call with Rex to discuss joining. You'll get to join many amazing souls like @Amber Kay, @Brian Diep, @Rainbow Bird de Soliris, @G. S., @Ori Apkon, @Mahedi Kaiser, @Sebastian Schroeder, and more! I'd love to hear from you - does this video resonate? Would you like to see more content like this? How do YOU experience and handle burnout/procrastination? Drop dem comments baybeeeeeee
