Sunday Thoughts - Will Anyone Touch Google?
Hey guys! Hope you're having a great weekend. I'll be honest - I find myself using Google Gemini 3 more and more for various tasks like research, images, video, summarization, and even writing in some instances. Gemini 3 is damn good for a lot of things and what a comeback from Google Bard lol. And Here's a MASSIVE Advantage of Gemini 3 - Native integration with Google's ecosystem. Even if you toggle this off, Google is using your workspace data to train Gemini models regardless lol. Outside of Drive/Gmail - Think about your usage history of Google Maps, YouTube, Flights, NotebookLM, and EVERY single Google owned property. I would NEVER integrate my Google Workspace accounts to ChatGPT, Claude, etc. And the more I think about Google's ecosystem, data moat, infrastructure, talent, search monopoly, etc. etc. unless they self sabotage I do not see a logical path for OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, or even Meta to beat them in this AI race. Google's moat in data/infrastructure alone is unfathomable... Are you guys using Gemini 3 and what do you think?!

New Video - 5 Real World Use Cases for Nano Banana Pro
My latest video explains my Real World Use Cases for Google's Nano Banana Pro. This includes infographics, memes, thumbnails, social media graphics, and more. Enjoy! Below are the prompts that I used. You can also find these in my Prompts Database. 1. Infographics: ‘Create a visually appealing infographic based on the info I provide. Title it ‘[Insert Title]’ and put this text on the top center. I’ve attached my logo for branding reference. [Insert Info]’ 2. Social Media Graphics: ‘Present a clear, 45° top-down isometric miniature 3D cartoon scene of [Insert City] featuring its most iconic landmarks and architectural elements. Use soft, refined textures with realistic PBR materials and gentle, lifelike lighting and shadows. Integrate the current weather conditions directly into the city environment to create an immersive atmospheric mood. Use a clean, minimalistic composition with a soft, solid-colored background. At the top-center, place the title “[Insert City]” in large bold text, a prominent weather icon beneath it, then the date (small text) and temperature (medium text). All text must be centered with consistent spacing, and may subtly overlap the tops of the buildings.’ 3. YouTube Thumbnail Swap: ‘Replace the face in the thumbnail with my face (attached headshot) as exact as possible. Keep everything else the same including text, colors, composition, dimensions, and background. [Attach reference thumbnail and your headshot]’ 4. Memes: “I want you to replace the text of the signs on this image and keep everything else the same. Replace the red sign with ‘[Insert Your Text]’. Replace the white sign with ‘[Insert Your Text]’. Keep all other elements identical.” 5. Headshots: “Change the background of my headshot to the attached image. Maintain consistent lighting and shadows that match the new background. Keep my face, expression, and posture exactly the same. Make it look natural and professional. [Attach your headshot and desired background]”

Too cool. I want to create an avatar that actually looks, sounds like me and be able to use it. It's been a struggle but this is super helpful

New AI Video Prompts (Sora & Veo)
Hey guys! I just added some new AI video prompts in the AI Prompts Database if you wanted to check these out. I've been playing around with these prompts using Sora 2 and Google's Veo 3.1. I've been surprised by some of these outputs! 1. Remixing Sora Videos: "I'm going to provide a Sora 2 prompt and I want you to repurpose it using my cameo and something that's relevant to me [Insert Sora Video Prompt]." 2. Repurposing Your Existing Content: "I want you to generate 3 video prompts for Sora 2 based on [Insert Your Content] I provide. Keep in mind these videos are only 10 seconds long so you must grab someone's attention instantly with a good hook." 3. Using ChatGPT Agent: "I want you to research the Internet and find trending/viral Sora 2 videos and look for reoccurring themes. Keep in mind these videos are only 10 seconds long right now so you must grab someone's attention instantly with a good hook. Come up with 3 video ideas to start and include the prompt for each one. Also keep in mind my niche is [Insert Niche]." **This Prompt Below is Wild** AI Video Analysis (Google Gemini is best for this): "Analyze this video shot by shot and scene by scene. Create a detailed JSON format breakdown for video recreation (maximum 15 seconds, but match the original video length if it's shorter) that includes: 1. Scene description (environment, setting, props, colors) 2. Camera work (angles, movements, transitions between shots) 3. Subject actions (what's happening, movements, gestures) 4. Lighting setup (source, quality, shadows, mood) 5. Voiceover transcript (exact words spoken, if any) 6. On-screen text (any text overlays, captions, or graphics) 7. Audio elements (background music style, sound effects) 8. Timing (duration of each major scene or action) Format your response as a valid JSON object that can be used for video generation. Be extremely specific and technical about camera movements and lighting."

Woohoo! Love it. I have Sora 2 and it's awesome. Thanks for the training.
RIP Custom GPTs?
OpenAI just announced that you can now share ChatGPT Projects and create public URLs. I've always preferred Projects over GPTs, and the only advantage GPTs had was the ability to share them publicly. Here's why ChatGPT Projects are superior to GPTs: 1. Chat Organization: Projects organize your chats chronologically by date. GPTs scatter everything across your sidebar with no structure. 2. Advanced Features: Projects give you access to Deep Research and ChatGPT Agent Mode. GPTs don't. 3. More Training Files: Plus users can upload 25 files per Project vs only 20 for GPTs. Free users get 5 files in Projects (but can't create GPTs at all). 4. Project-Only Memory: You can isolate memories to specific Projects so they don't bleed into other conversations. 5. Accessibility: Free users of ChatGPT can build Projects (with limitations), but they can't create GPTs at all. They can only use GPTs others have shared. 6. Moving Existing Chats: You can move any existing chat into a Project by clicking the three dots and selecting "Add to project." This is huge for organizing old conversations. GPTs can't do this.
