Audit thoughts
Had a really great audit with @Rodney Thompson Outdoor Skills. Another scheduled with @Vickie Padavano on Thursday. Listen in to some key takeaways.
Audit thoughts
@Hector Febres Great job on the recap and the audit. I highly recommend everyone to do the audit with Hector.
As a Skool owner myself, I like to support other communities also. I know that engagement is hard to get when you are first starting out. I try to post or at least comment in other that I enjoy or think I can learn from.
Community Audits and Co Working Calls
Hey Admin Skool! I've reached out to a few of you about scheduling a community audit call and getting free feedback. While doing so I had this thought. Would it be helpful to host a Community Audit/Co-Working Call on the calendar? The time would basically just be open to whoever wants to jump on and have a second set of eyes take a look over their community and get feedback AND/OR just jump on so you have someone to work alongside while you work on your community. I know this would help me from both an accountability and a brainstorming perspective. It's nice to have someone to bounce ideas off of. Who's down?

Community Audits and Co Working Calls
Great idea, in another community they do this and I always learn something.
Are you taking FULL ADVANTAGE of all the AI tools out there to be as efficient as possible?
Good morning Admins, Admin hopefuls, and Community Owners. I'm Theresa Elliott. I currently serve as @Hector Febres right hand here at Admin Skool. I'm an Admin in four Skool communities (Three paid, one volunteer) and I am a Skool community owner myself. For seven years, I worked as a C-Suite executive assistant for some of the top figures in the US government, and prior to that, I had 9 years professional experience in the US Navy running Administrative Offices and being a US Navy Career Counselor. Today, I am finding my way as an AI App developer, which means I must fully leverage the power of AI to the greatest extent possible. This is what allows me to have the bandwidth to say YES to the best of the incredible opportunities coming my way. I'm also a busy mom in a LARGE household of 7. Time efficiency is a MUST for me, because I need to honor my family and husband first, always. The AI tools we have access to as of this morning (March 20, 2026) essentially save us about 95% of the manual administrative work traditionally associated with Admin roles, and, will allow us to earn a much greater income. Which tools are you using now? If you are not using any tools, what do you want to learn to support your role as an Admin, or, as a Community Owner, being supported by an Admin, what is your highest priority?

@Theresa Elliott I have built a dashboard to track the channels I am striving to be better than, and how they are managing there channels, Learning some interesting information.
@Theresa Elliott Send it on. The app worked great, I was able to capture all the moments from the camping trip just by talking to it, then When I was all packed and in the truck I told it to build the edit plan. by the time I got home I had the complete build package ready for the video, timeline, shots to us, music to use with where to place. full upload package complete. Now I just have to cut the videos to match.
Best Practices
Hey Admin Skool! It could be the coffee but I feel like I'm in flow state and ideas are coming fast and furious! I am so aware that I do NOT have the market cornered on all the good ideas as it comes to Admin, community nurturing, and building. So I thought it'd be great to have a Best Practices area where we can share any systems or structures we've put in place for the communities we own, are admin for, or even ones we're just a part of. What are some posts that you see drive engagement? What are some awesome welcome practices? What types of calls seem to have great attendance? What systems/flow/processes do you see owners/admins have that seem to help create clarity or healthy rhythms? What are some FUN things you're doing or see happening in your communities? Would love to hear any and all good ideas! Not all may resonate with everyone but some will!
Best Practices
The real conversation starters are the ones, some of the better engagement have been very simple post, 5 words or less, at first I thought more was better but now I am learning that is not the case.
