Hello everyone! I am a strength & conditioning coach out of Columbus, Ohio. I went from private sector to Ohio State University assisting Oly sports (12+) primarily hands on with wrestling, lacrosse, baseball/softball ect., and now private sector. Here are some weight CARS you can use to provide the proper stimulus in the working joint to move like it’s intended to. This couple with end range isometrics will increase joint readiness and optimize movement quality. Perform 2-3 sets of 5 reps each
