Lotus Pond in Moonlight
I learnt this piece of music from my husband 10 years ago. The hulusi is a traditional Chinese wind instrument that comes from Yunnan Province. It’s mostly played by local ethnic groups like the Dai and Hani people. It’s made with a dried gourd and bamboo pipes, and it has this soft, mellow sound that feels so calm and close to nature.

It's Happened Again.
As some of you will know, I teach PIRF in an adult training school face to face. Today i had a very low level adult who wants to learn English, Her level was so low that i had to speak very slow and some words Boris (another adult student) had to translate for me. I was thinking that she will never be able to do the class and it will take us all day just to get through the one slide. As it happens, the more i showed her and the more we practiced each line, the more better she became. Although her level is very low and her vocabulary is very small, she was actually starting to sound and copy much more better with each time. I explained that if there is a difficult part, keep practicing until each is much easier. She was sounding 100 times better by the end of the class (2 hours later), and she could actually then read it herself sounding very close to a "native American" 🤔. I even taught her the differences between American pronunciation and British pronunciation, hopefully she will come again to improve even more.

@Darren Windsor-Horton Speaking like a native in 2 hours. She’s definitely good at imitating, isn’t she?"

@Taisei Koshida I admire doodlers a lot. They can record their daily life through simple drawings.🐾
Sashimi & Tempura
I went camping the other day with two families and on the way back home, we stopped by at the restaurant near the sea. Sashimi and Tempura was really great!! Also miso soup at these places are the best!! My husband and boys love fishing so they couldn't leave the port without doing it... so we did fishing as well even if the result was nothing😅

@Mie Tsuzaki The average height of adult Chinese men is around 170 centimeters, and for women, it’s about 158 centimeters. This data is based on the overall average of Chinese adults aged 18–60. So, we are the same. ☺️☺️
