How does activated charcoal help to detox
I used a vibration and heating device all over my body to loosen up the muscles. I wasn't hydrated. Now I feel sick and think it's probably from mobilized toxins. I have activated charcoal but this won't help, is that right? Since the toxins would be outside the GI tract? What can I do to feel better other than drinking water and maybe ? lemon water?

Age Spots: What's the Root Cause and How Can We Naturally Fade Them? ☀️
Have you ever caught a glimpse in the mirror and noticed those little brown spots that seemed to appear overnight? You're not alone! While we call them "age spots," they are actually a result of our skin's long-term relationship with the sun. The good news is, our holistic approach can help address them! Age spots, also known as sunspots or liver spots, form when your skin overproduces melanin (its natural pigment) due to UV exposure. As our body's protective systems age, they get a little less efficient at evening out that melanin production, leading to those dark patches. The real key to a holistic approach is a two-part strategy: prevention and nourishment. Natural Solutions for Glowing Skin - Aloe Vera: This healing plant is a powerhouse for sun-damaged skin. Apply fresh aloe gel to age spots and let it sit for about 30 minutes before rinsing. It helps with skin regeneration. - Lemon Juice (with caution!): Lemon juice has natural bleaching properties. Dilute it with water and apply it to spots with a cotton ball. Important: Citrus can make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so use this at night and rinse it off completely before going outside. - Castor Oil: Known for combating signs of aging, simply massage a little castor oil into the affected area twice a day to see results over time. It helps to break up and fade discoloration. - Turmeric Paste: A traditional Ayurvedic remedy, turmeric can be mixed with milk to create a paste. Apply it to the spots and rinse off after it dries. Repeat a few times a week. - Hydration is Key: Don't forget that supporting your body from the inside out is paramount. Staying hydrated helps your skin cells regenerate and stay healthy.

I think Dr. Gundry saids skin spots are more than UV. So applying aloe over time can fade or remove liver spots?

Hey team, I wanted to give you a little behind-the-scenes update because community is at the heart of what we’re building here. This week, I was engaging in another holistic group, sharing content, answering questions, and connecting with people who seemed like they’d be a great fit for Purely Rooted. Some of them even accepted invitations to join us here. Here’s where it gets interesting… The admin of that group actually reached out to me, said he liked my posts, and even floated the idea of a collaboration: I’d teach inside his community, and in return he’d help drive people toward Purely Rooted. It sounded like a win–win. But then—boom—I was banned. No explanation, no warning. And now, the only way back into that community is to pay for access. I don’t know about you, but that feels backwards. Community should be built on value, trust, and transparency—not politics or paywalls that suddenly pop up when things are going well. It was a reminder for me why we’re building Purely Rooted the way we are: ✅ A space where contribution is welcomed, not punished. ✅ A community that grows through collaboration, not control. ✅ A place where people can learn, connect, and share openly—without wondering if the rug is going to be pulled out from under them. So, if anything, this whole situation only reaffirms the mission here. We’re going to keep doing things differently. We’re going to keep it real. And we’re going to keep growing together. Thanks for being part of this movement—because Purely Rooted is proof that integrity-driven communities are still possible. —Patrick

Typical!!! I am glad you are back at this, because I was wanting a group to discuss things. Thanks for starting this group. My question is, will you censor anything? My issue is that I can't write things to suggest to ppl on groups if the leaders don't agree. Is it possible we can suggest things to ppl and then that person can make their own decision about whether or not they should keep an open mind about it? I think I can understand if the leader doesn't want stuff in their group they don't agree with, but it makes it really hard to be part of a group where we all agree on everything.

Is fluorine related to fluoride and does it leech from the leggings thru underwear into the skin?
