I have an inquiry from a placement person with Compass. Has anyone worked with them before? He's asking what the compensation for him would be. What would be a suitable amount??? Any advice? I know Compass as a real estate platform for buyers and sellers. I haven't heard of real estate agents doing this on the side so not really sure how to respond. Thanks!

Hello everyone! As part of this module's homework for the Blueprint course, we're introducing ourselves and sharing our property links. We're Juan and Inge Rodríguez. We are hosting a short term rental on Airbnb in West Nashville and a travel nursing house there as well, and have had great guest experiences and reviews, but we found that the constant guest communication and quick turnovers don't fit well with this season of life because we have a young family, and our little ones keep us happily busy! We're excited to be here because we want to learn more about the insurance housing (ALE) and mid-term rental model. We're drawn to the opportunity to provide comfortable housing for families who truly need it while building a sustainable business. If anyone has experience with insurance housing, we'd love to hear what has worked well for you, any lessons you've learned, or any advice you wish you had received when you were getting started. We booked one of our California homes for $12,100 a month on Airbnb. 2 month booking to start. We are so thankful we can help this family! They move in two days after our current guests move out. ❤️ We are so happy we can help them get out of their hotel and provide a great home!
