I’m looking forward to walking without fear. I’ve been feeling fight or flight my whole life and I’m just now learning peace to feel safe. I was given a terminal diagnosis and this is helping me cope.

Is it normal when you’re focussing on your breath to feel anxiety and as if you’re not getting a full breath? Almost feeling claustrophobic. The more I think about breathing the less oxygen I think I’m getting sometimes. I was able to do it yesterday in the workshop however that was in the back of my mind so I didn’t get the full experience. I will say that I did get a great experience and I felt wonderful but I know I could do more if I could just get that out of my head. This isn’t new. Anytime anyone has ever told me to take a deep breath I start to hyperventilate.🤣 I had a panic attack in my naturopath doctor’s office once and he had to try to get me to slow my breath and match his and he struggled lol. Apparently, I was just sucking in really quick breaths as fast as I could with no exhale.😂

@Dianna Hofer that definitely does resonate with me because I truly believe they have had past lives. Some of my déjà vu and just some things that I knew the feelings before it ever happened for example being pregnant. Thank you so much for this.🥰
Module 4: The Daily Practice Overview
📝 Share Your #1 Take-Away Below! In this video, we dive into the structure of the somatic daily practice. This same structure is used for many of our longer sessions. While there are complex, hands-on techniques and ways to tailor your language to speak to someone's subconscious mind, this practice is designed to be simple. Sometimes, simplicity can be the most effective.

Module 3: Co-Regulation & Nervous System Communication
📝 Share Your #1 Take-Away Below! If you consider yourself an empath and spend a lot of time around a dysregulated person, you might start feeling like their stress is your own. Many connect over their stressors or traumas, discussing the latest distressing news as a way to bond. But this is co-dysregulation. As a practitioner of this work, co-regulation is foundational and is one of the most crucial topics and skill sets for humans to learn is co-regulation. Co-regulation is all about how your electrical bubble, your nervous system, interacts with another's nervous system. When we spend time with someone with a regulated nervous system, we start to co-regulate with them, finding balance without saying a word. Conversely, if someone's dysregulated and we spend time with them, we might start to feel dysregulated ourselves. We discuss this in this video.

I’ve always been an empath. Wild crazy animals or babies are always cool as a cucumber with me and I have often felt like Snow White 🤣🥰 love nature and a calm presence
