Sending WhatsApp review request via WhatsApp Web was a very useful feature in Climbo 1.0, but it is no longer available in version 2.0. I hope this feature can be added back in version 2.0. Thank you. @Giacomo Chinellato

Hi Climbers 👋 Here’s what we’ve just shipped this week: a mix of new features, improvements, and important fixes. We’ve introduced Kiosk Mode Download. You can now easily print and use it in physical locations like counters, desks, or waiting areas to collect more reviews offline. The review experience is now even more global with automatic translations on the review link, adapting to the customer’s browser language to increase conversion across different countries. We’ve also added email reminders, so if a customer doesn’t act after the first request, they’ll automatically receive a follow-up after a chosen delay — helping you recover missed opportunities. A small but useful improvement: SMS character counter, so you can better control message length and avoid unexpected charges. On the prospecting side, you can now generate printable reports, perfect for in-person meetings or door-to-door outreach. Hi, As mentioned during the AMA, knowledge base videos are supposed to have a download option for translation purposes. Currently, the older videos (Integrations, Your Review Link etc.) include this feature, but the newer ones—onboarding, video testimonials, and website videos—do not. Could you please enable the download option for these newer videos as well? Thanks!

Hi I love this feature and I wanted to share an observation and a potential improvement regarding the AI Website feature. Currently, the website generation requires Google Business Profile authentication. However, since most of the business data (name, reviews, images, contact details, etc.) is already publicly available on Google Maps and other sources, I believe it should be technically possible to generate the AI website without requiring login.(Like we fetch reviews, sentiment analysis, widgets with public access) I think it is possible to create AI websites using just the business name or Maps link, without authentication. Login is only required when performing actions like replying to reviews or posting updates. If we enable website generation without mandatory GBP integration, it could significantly improve onboarding and conversions — especially for demos, quick setups, and lead generation. Would love to know your thoughts on whether this can be explored or added as an option. We can tell the client that we have already created AI website for them without them lifting a finger. Thanks!
