Thx @Krista Melanson! I love to make soups and stews, porridges, dumplings, gnocchi, cookies, cakes, breads, lasagna, traditional Caribbean cuisine, curries, gourmet ice creams, gelatos, and sorbettos, muffins, flatbreads, crackers, coconut rice, quinoa, polenta, tortillas, busup shut [Trinidadian]... I'm jjust a straight up foodie! I love cuisine and learning new things and techniques. I cook from Kosher to vegan cuisine and do conversion recipes when folks are wanting to transition off of meat in a tasty way without missing the flavor.

New Video - "How to Roll out dough for Naan Bread"
for some silly reason I thought I posted a video of how to roll out your dough for Naan Bread, so here it is there are 2 ways to roll out your dough, 1 is plain and the other is layered ( very very nice). This is a older video so the sound is not 100%. so Please click your way to the CLASSROOM and watch a 7 min video.... may as well its Sunday.. and if you decide to make it pleas send me pics

I can pretty much eat the same thing for 3-4 days in a row. Usually lentils, curry, stew… any one of those I’m good.
