Joe - I am digging into all of the following topics: How the LinkedIn algorithm works Best times to post on LinkedIn How to increase organic reach on LinkedIn What content performs best on LinkedIn How the LinkedIn feed prioritizes content Understanding LinkedIn impressions and views
Kind Message Templates
I had a thought today words have power so why not send kind messages to people on LinkedIn out of the blue and just see what happens pick a list of let's say 100 people and send out kind messages to them here are 14 examples that are in my voice but take them and shape them into your voice Here are 14 top-tier DM-style messages that speak to someone’s presence and inherent value, while naturally expressing that you appreciate being connected and that seeing them on LinkedIn today meant something. Each one has a label/title for easy reference. 1. Steady Presence “I noticed you on LinkedIn today and it reminded me why I value being connected—you have a grounded presence that brings calm and clarity without needing to say much.” 2. Quiet Leadership “Seeing you show up here today reminded me how much I appreciate our connection—you lead in a subtle, steady way that carries real weight.” 3. Authentic Energy “I’m grateful we’re connected on LinkedIn—just seeing you show up in my feed today was a reminder of how authenticity can speak louder than volume.” 4. Trust Builder “Every time I see you on here, I’m reminded why I appreciate this connection—you have a trustworthy presence that makes people feel grounded.” 5. Grounded Confidence “I came across your name today and felt grateful for the connection—you bring a calm confidence that adds value just by being who you are.” 6. Thoughtful Presence “I’m glad we’re connected—when I saw you on LinkedIn today, it reminded me how rare it is to find people who move with intention the way you do.” 7. Unspoken Impact “I noticed you show up today and it made me appreciate our connection—you don’t have to speak often to have impact, your presence alone shifts the tone.” 8. Integrity First “Seeing you on LinkedIn today made me grateful for this connection—you strike me as someone who leads with integrity before anything else.” 9. Natural Respect “I’m glad we’re connected—I saw you on here today and it reminded me how your presence naturally earns respect without trying.”

Love this Joe! Adding comments to some random connections now.
Using AI Research to Create a Detailed Persona
I used @Rick Kloete as an example to create a very detailed PERSONA for commenting on LinkedIn. Create your own and put it in the comment. Here are the steps. Step 1: Do AI research on yourself or someone else. Step 2: Do article research on yourself or someone else. Step 3: Do podcasting reseach on yourself or someone else. Step 4: Use the persona creator prompt in the same chat to create a killer persona! Heres is the prompt template I used #prompttemplate Analyze everything in this conversation - From the AI research to the LinkedIn profile, podcast topics, articles, and any other content shared and reviewed. Based on this analysis, create a comprehensive LinkedIn commenting persona that captures my authentic voice and expertise. What to Extract and Analyze: Professional Identity: What's my name, title, company, current role and background? What are my core areas of expertise? What industries/topics do I focus on? What's my professional mission or purpose? Communication Style: How do I typically speak/write? (formal, casual, conversational, direct, etc.) What's my average sentence length and complexity? Do I use humor, storytelling, or data-driven approaches? How do I structure my thoughts? (linear, examples-first, question-driven, etc.) Recurring Themes & Topics: What subjects do I talk about most frequently? What unique perspectives or angles do I consistently bring? What problems do I often address or solutions do I offer? What trends or ideas am I passionate about? Voice Patterns: What phrases, words, or expressions do I use regularly? What's my typical tone? (optimistic, analytical, challenging, supportive, etc.) How do I engage with others? (ask questions, share experiences, offer advice, etc.) Do I reference personal experiences or stick to professional insights? Create This Output: LinkedIn Commenting Persona for [My Name] Professional Summary (2-3 sentences about who I am professionally) Communication Style (How I naturally communicate - tone, length, approach)
