How's your progress going? What's new? are you still on the challenge? what's holding you back? Are you meditating, praying, spending time with loved ones? Wish me luck, tomorrow I will be working with another college baseball team on mental training helping them unlock potential and get into a flow state using meditation and developing mental skills. I'm enjoying working with these athletes. It's actually more similar to the work we do here than you'd think. We are all trying to perform better, whether that's on the field or court, or just perform as a man. The work you do and how you show up.. the actions you actually take is what matters.
