Day 29-31: One month in BBB 🎉
Stepped on the scale this morning after accidentally eating first. Voice in my head said “you’re probably heavier.” Been stuck in a plateau for 4 days. Then it went down. What I expect vs reality often aren’t aligned. That’s the game - small deposits daily, trust the process. Not every day has been perfect. Tried a new tea too late the other night and the surge of energy had me up working through until morning. Which totally collapsed my habits the next day. Lesson learnt 😅😂 But today is about celebrating 31 days of consistent photos and daily weigh-ins. January has been great thanks to the BBB community and @Darren Liu course that you unlock at Level 3. Usually takes me 60 days to build a new habit - this happened in half the time because of the energy here. I’m going back to daily updates. The accountability keeps me honest and there’s something about reflecting each day that makes the change feel real. The jacked dad journey continues.

🍞 High-Protein Blueberry Raspberry Banana Loaf
(No Protein Powder – Fairlife Elite Version) 🛒 Ingredients Wet - 3 ripe bananas, mashed (≈ 330 g) - 2 large eggs - ½ cup liquid egg whites (≈ 120 g) - 1 bottle Fairlife Elite Vanilla Protein Shake (42 G protein 414ml) - ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt (≈ 120 g) - ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce - 1 tsp vanilla extract Dry - 1½ cups oat flour (≈ 150 g) - 1 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp baking powder - 1½ tsp cinnamon - ¼ tsp salt - ⅓ cup allulose (sweetener of choice) Fold-ins - ¾ cup blueberries - ½ cup raspberries 🔥 Extra Flavor Boost (optional but clutch) - Optional: ½ tsp lemon zest → berries POP 🍋 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or spray a loaf pan. 2. In a large bowl, mix all wet ingredients until smooth. 3. In another bowl, whisk dry ingredients. 4. Gently fold dry into wet until just combined. 5. Toss berries with 1 tsp oat flour, then fold into batter. 6. Pour into loaf pan. 7. Bake 55–65 minutes Tent with foil at ~40 minutes if browning. 8. Toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs. 9. Cool 15–20 minutes before slicing.

One small win for momkind...
My girls and I went sledding yesterday and after the sky had pissed ice on us for 24 hours straight the sledding was more like flying down the hill like Clark Griswold until losing control and slamming violently against a wall of ice which of course we did repeatedly because my five year old thought it was the best experience of her life... The bruises going down the side of my left leg and ass and my right knee from being the human buffer in between my kids bodies and the ice wall are reminding me why my husband is the fun parent. BUT despite my self-induced suffering and the fact that I feel 97 years old I lifted weights, got almost 10k steps, and counted my calories instead of binging a kdrama while eating cereal out of a mixing bowl which is how the me of 7 months ago would have handled today...😁

🔥 Dreams Didn’t Die Today
Yesterday Coach Darren dropped a line that hit me right in the soul: “This is where dreams die.” Nahhh—not today. That flipped a switch and I got my act together REAL quick. Made a promise to my boss Winnie… and yes, Winnie is my nickname on the F45 scoreboard 🏆🐻 History lesson real quick ⏪👇 My partner gave me that nickname because my last name is Nguyen + I LOVE to eat 😂 Somewhere along the way I was a sugar plum once upon a time… and the name stuck 💀🤣 This morning = 6am HIIT ✔️ Workout was called Joker 🃏 and it was NO. JOKE. I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of HIIT not tired and today was definitely not the day 😂 Had to match the chaos so I rocked my Harley Quinn socks for the vibe 🧦🔥 Before work? ➡️ 15 minutes on the walking pad ➡️ Quick fuel: blueberry 🫐 & raspberry protein loaf Delicious. Satisfying. Mission-ready. Promises kept. Effort stacked. Momentum built. Dreams don’t die when you show up. 💪💥
