I wouldn’t be where I am at today with my business if it wasn’t for learning how to create quality content through IG4R. I was a full time general manager of a shitty gym just trying to chase growing a bodybuilding coaching business. The gym treated me like shit. I hated the job. I quit. I went all in on my business. Within the first 90 days I went from 900 to 10k followers. Boom I had an audience. Taking that foundation I expanded on it and fine tuned my audience and started gaining clients. Brand deals. Cool shit. Fast forward to now, I’m doing it full time. Making about $8-10/mo rn. I’m not saying this to brag. I’m saying it because it’s possible. 🤝

@Evan Gilbert bro, it’s totally worth the wait to master the content side to make it work
SuperX Brand Deal
Not only have I been able to add “Content Creator” to my resume, but now I’m getting paid to be a Nerd content creator who lifts weights. I got a brand deal with SuperX getting to wear their Superhero gym apparel, and I get paid for it. Nothing crazy but I make $150/video. Sneak peak at one of the upcoming drops.

Those are all solid and ones we could definitely work towards. Bucked up I feel like would be the easiest first one to get. 💪
Day 3 Homework
Slide 0- The hook Why do people focus on revenge for the people who wronged them? I did something different and the results were more satisfying than revenge Slide 1 – The Setup When I got to middle school, I got thrown into a completely different district where I didn't know a single person. I tried making friends, but it felt like nobody really wanted me around. Looking back, people were spreading rumors about me before they even knew me. I didn't even find out until high school that people were calling me "gay," "weird," and all kinds of shit. Slide 2 – The Turning Point Then COVID hit. Everybody was stuck inside, but instead of wasting that time, I started working on myself. I got in the gym, cleaned up my diet, and focused on my mindset. Nobody was watching. Nobody was cheering. I just decided I wasn't gonna stay the same person. Slide 3 – The Reality Check Freshman year rolls around, and people started noticing. One dude who used to bully me walked up and said, "Israel... in middle school I could beat the shit out of you. Now? You'd beat the SHIT out of me." 😂 That wasn't even the craziest part. Slide 4 – The Lesson Another guy told me, "I remember everyone saying you were gay and weird... but you're actually one of the coolest dudes I've met. I wish we would've been friends sooner." That hit me harder than any compliment. Slide 5 – The Takeaway People will judge a version of you they never even took the time to know. Keep working on yourself anyway. Because the best revenge isn't proving people wrong—it's becoming someone they never saw coming.

This is great, bro. One thing that I would do when writing out the hook is to get more specific. "Why do people focus on revenge for the people who wronged them? I did something different and the results were more satisfying than revenge." works with a thought-provoking question, but typically, we want to avoid questions in the hook. Then, with the second sentence, I would get more specific. Even something like, "Instead of wasting my efforts on revenge, I focused on becoming someone no one could ignore", or even "I was bullied all throughout middle school, so I spent all of summer break becoming someone the bullies would be afraid of" this gets specific enough and is relatable enough that people are going to be hooked in and continue to read through the rest of the slides.
