Agency Team Management Feature Request
I would like to suggest adding a Team Member Account feature inside Agency Mode. This would allow agency owners to invite staff members, assistants, account managers, or sales reps into the agency dashboard with their own login access. It would be helpful if the agency owner could control permissions, such as allowing team members to manage specific clients, view reports, send review requests, create posts, reply to reviews, or access billing only when approved. I would also like to suggest an Account Manager option where clients can be assigned to a specific team member, with the ability to track sales commissions or recurring commissions for each client they bring in or manage. This would make Climbo more scalable for agencies with sales teams and account managers, while keeping the main agency account secure, organized, and easier to grow.
GBP Feature Request:
It would be very helpful if Climbo’s Google Business Profile post feature also included the option to publish the same post to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. This would allow users to manage local marketing from one place, save time, and keep messaging consistent across platforms. It would be even better if Climbo could support platform-specific formatting, scheduling, previews, AI rewrites for each platform, and performance tracking in one dashboard.
Customer Onboarding Video
Is there an updated video with most of the latest features that can serve as a walkthrough for fully setting customers up on Climbo 2.0 and configuring them for the existing and later features? Just looking for a beginning to end up to date video that can provide great ideas for configuring and onboarding customers.

How to Enable AI-Assisted Review Suggestions to Improve Google Search Visibility
A frequently overlooked feature can significantly help your clients improve their visibility in Google search results. Google’s algorithm often uses keywords found in customer reviews to understand and rank businesses. By guiding customers to include relevant service and location keywords in their reviews, you can strengthen a business’s local SEO performance. Follow the steps below to configure this feature. Enable AI Review Suggestions: 1. Log in to your client’s dashboard. 2. Navigate to Settings. 3. Select Link Review. 4. In the Link Review section, locate the dropdown menu labeled AI Suggestion. 5. Turn AI Suggestion ON. Add Evaluation Criteria: To guide customers in writing meaningful reviews: 1. Add 3–5 Evaluation Criteria. 2. Each criterion should include a short description of the service being rated. 3. Customers will rate each criterion using a 5-star satisfaction scale. You may generate these criteria using AI tools such as ChatGPT. Example prompt: “I have a landing page to rate [Type in business name] services before customers leave a review, and an AI tool that helps them write better reviews. I need to create evaluation criteria and brief descriptions for each service we provide. Customers will rate their satisfaction using a 5-star rating.” Add Target Keywords 1. Insert relevant keywords related to the business services. 2. Include location-based keywords such as the city, town, or service area. 3. You may create these manually or generate them using AI tools. (use your own keywords or use ChatGPT to give you keyword related to the business services and LOCATION town or area, you have to provide to your AI prompt). Each keyword you have to add separately. 4. Click Save once finished. Configure the Review Suggestion Text: 1. From the top dropdown menu, select Text. 2. Go to Review Suggestion. 3.
