🚶‍♀️ Cancer Warriors on WeWard 🚶‍♂️
Since the start of 2025, my mum has been walking at least 10,000 steps every single day, and to be completely honest, she has beaten me! 💪 She’s been using WeWard for over a year now, and with the recent launch of their brand-new Communities feature, she had the idea to create a Cancer Warriors walking community on WeWard. ✅ How WeWard works is simple: - Walk with your phone or smart watch (the app tracks everything automatically) - Convert your steps before midnight each day - Collect fun cards, exchange them with members, compete with the group, and earn cash rewards 🌟 The more we walk as a community, the more rewards we generate. All community rewards will be donated to GoFundMe campaigns from our Cancer Warriors. 💡 Each member also earns their own personal rewards — and you can choose to donate a percentage to the cause if you wish. 👟 It’s just like a step tracker — but better, more fun, and it helps others. Every step counts! Join Cancer Warriors on WeWard today and let’s walk (and play!) together! 👉 Join Cancer Warriors on WeWard

The fight continues...
The news hasn’t been easy, but the fight continues. Here’s where we’re currently at with my mum’s protocol. We’ve increased some doses and added new components. I’d love to hear any thoughts or insights you might have. Core Therapies - IV Vitamin C — 2x to 3x per week at 1.5g/kg, taken immediately after HBOT. - HBOT — 3x per week at 1.75 ATA. - Ivermectin — 2mg/kg/day split into two doses. Spaced from other supplements that affect CYP3A4 metabolism to avoid issues with absorption. - Mebendazole — 1500mg/day split into two or three doses. We may move to 3x/day for more stable plasma levels. - Fenbendazole — 444mg/day, pulsed 3x per week, also split into two doses. - NIR Light — 20 mins per day. - Hydrogen Therapy — 4 hours daily Supplements - Vitamin D3 + K2 (MK7) — 5000 IU - Curcumin - Quercetin - Artemisinin - EGCG - Milk Thistle — liver support - Magnesium — helps manage side effects from IV Vitamin C - Omega 3 - Resveratrol - Berberine — taken before meals, supports blood sugar and acts on AMPK - Methylene Blue — taken 30–60 mins before NIR for mitochondrial priming - Melatonin - Iodine - Pre/Probiotics - CoQ10 Questions / Doubts (Your thoughts would be appreciated) - Metformin vs. Berberine: Berberine is gentler and Metformin might be stronger. Still weighing pros/cons, especially around mitochondrial effects. - Creatine: Considering continuing with it for energy/muscle support — no major contraindications so far. - Camu Camu: Suggested for supporting immunotherapy. We may have to stop this to avoid low dose antioxidant effects and since mum is already taking IV Vitamin C. - Niacinamide / Riboflavin: Both support mitochondrial energy and NAD+, but should we use them at all or only on non-oxidative-stress days? - NADH: Not sure yet — may protect cancer cells via glutathione. Possibly safe on press days only. - Hydrogen Therapy: Reduces ROS damage to healthy cells and balances oxidative pressure (Not entirely sure whether or not this should be avoided on pulse days to avoid dampening oxidative stress) Should we stick with it on press days at least? - Pulse days: Is it critical to be 3 days in a row? The only way to pulse 3 days in a row and include IVC would be to drop to just 2 IVC sessions/week instead of 3 (e.g., Mon + Wed). - DDW - Is worth it but is too expensive.

I’m just curious if anyone knows why the use of both Mebendazole & Fenbendazole is recommended? As I understood they are almost identical drugs

@Simon Lown combining Ivermectin with either or other anti-parasitic drug makes a lot of sense but not so much the combo of the other two. Interesting to know that the whole trio is being used & dosages studied though
Hydrogen For Health
The Fire Department just left. My carbon monoxide detector was going off and wouldn't stop. After investigating, they discovered that the hydrogen coming from my hydrogen breathing machine is causing my carbon monoxide detector to go off. Apparently that happens. The Firemen checked my machine and they said it's not approved for Canada. I guess that means they can take it away from me. They tried to get in touch of the owner of Hydrogen For Health but no response after an hour so they left. If the machine is not approved for use in Canada, they can seize it from me.

@Susan Lewis that makes a lot of sense actually. Until the FDA (or equivalent) approve H2 breathing as a medical therapy no-one is going to certify these machines for home breathing use. What you could find (rather easily) is an identical machine approved for the purpose of powering a small metalworking torch. Just swap the torch for a nasal cannula when the firemen aren’t looking!
Should I Keep It Casual or Go Formal for Our Sunday Podcasts?
Hey, Warriors 👋 I just wanted to get your input on how I should present myself during our Sunday podcasts for YouTube. I usually feel most comfortable wearing my robe since it’s evening here, and I like to keep it relaxed and conversational, as if we’re just chatting among friends. However, my family thinks it might come across as unprofessional and give the impression that I’m not taking the topic seriously. Cancer is a sensitive topic, and it’s important to consider how we’re perceived by viewers if we want to reach and help more people. I’d love to hear your thoughts! Do you prefer a more relaxed, comfortable vibe, or do you think it’s important to keep a more formal appearance? Let me know what you think!

The robe isn’t exactly a high bar to beat for a formal appearance!
Affordable Hydrogen Machine
If $2,000 is out of budget, it’s worth exploring more affordable options and continuing with hydrogen therapy. Something is better than nothing. My stepdad found what seems to be a reasonable and more affordable alternative. It has about half the output of the Aquacure AC50. Make sure to do your own research and comparisons and check if it meets your needs. Their comments on another Thread: @Andrew Stubbs just saw this one which looks interesting. Claims 18l/hr of H2. https://healthbeautymachine.com/for/hydrogen-breathing-machine-with-dual-outlet-gas-regulator?attribute_pa_color=blue&currency=USD I’ve no idea if these are good, but certainly strikes me as good value if it lives up to the claimed spec. @Fitch T The product and company seem reputable. I've added it to my top choices and now asking questions to that company. For those considering purchasing an H2 machine, I'd like to share a thought: if you have a moderate to high grade of Ca and budget permits, a high-flow-rate machine might be a better option. For example, the machine recommended by @Jason Watson has a flow rate of 833 ml/minute, whereas this one has a flow rate of 450 ml/minute. Providing the companies are trustworthy, it's just math, the higher the flow rate, the more expensive it would be. Hope it helps.

@Johnie Lambert if it’s the gas output that needs regulating a PWM controller should work
