It represents each day where you check off "Deep work" habit :) I've later made it that if there isn't a single day tracked with a "Deep work" habits, that entire row is simply hidden, so that if you don't want to track it, it's not there. But I'll bundle those updates and publish an update to Level 1 a little later :)
Help! What have I done wrong here? I have customised my days and all of my mastery targets but for some reason when I go to my weekly review, I can't see my own habits... these are Peter's from the template ๐ง
Hey Jen! Yeah, Alan is spot on - if you add, remove, rename the habits at the daily template level, you want to also edit those weekly views as well. Luckily it's just about going to the settings and property visibility of each view and hiding/selecting the properties you want! I did just re-watched my videos about the customization of habits and I see I missed that part! Sorry about that and thank you for letting me know - i will update those videosโค๏ธ
Hey guys! Just want to keep you in the loop on my work on the level 2! ๐ I have fully finished the template and now am all in shooting the course! ๐ฅ Thought I'd share the Intro module and the outline for now :) P.S. Hope to see you today on the hangout! ๐ฅณโค๏ธ
Under Clarity is Social Compression. I have found the best way to do this, for myself is, to put my phone on do not disturb during the day, and choosing only two to three times a day to check for messages. I am able to focus on work without the constant notifications chime going off. What are some ways that you guys find working the metrics into your life that makes sense to you?
100% agree with Jen on the removing social apps from your phone or at least turning off notifications. For me on top of that I like instituting "windows" where I check my socials. Typically I do that twice a day around the second block of work. So typically I have my morning stuff, then first block of work focusing on deep work without distractions, then socials checking in the beginning of second block, and then at the end of second block, before wrapping up the work. That tends to work well for me.
