BMU problems
Timing is off ever so slightly but enough that I have to kick weirdly and fight to get over. I have no idea how to do another one successfully either

Hello! I’m from CO and my main goals are improving my BMUs, HSW more than 3-4 steps, and eventually RMUs. I can do big sets of T2B, butterfly pull-ups, C2B, & HSPUs are decent but could use efficiency improvement. However, #1 priority is definitely BMUs. I got my first one last year and a few weeks later I significantly injured a shoulder trying to string reps together. I had to stop all overhead and rig-based movements for about 4 months and have had to slowly build it back. The shoulder is much better but somehow I CANNOT time my kip/hip pop correctly anymore. If I manage to get hips high enough to turn over, it’s really ugly. The result is usually a big C2B with flailing feet 😂🤦🏼‍♀️🫠 I’m frustrated and despite getting lots of coaching feedback and cues I seem to just be getting worse. Guess it’s time to tear it all down and start over so here I am.
