🌤 Today’s Reflection: The Quiet Work
Not every step forward needs to be loud or visible. A lot of the most important work happens quietly, when you’re learning, practicing, improving, and refining things behind the scenes. No applause. No big announcement. Just steady effort. But that quiet work builds confidence, skill, and clarity over time. When the opportunity finally shows up, it might look like “overnight success” to others…but you’ll know it was built through many quiet days of showing up. Today is another one of those days. What’s something you’re quietly getting better at right now?

Love this reminder! The quiet, steady work really does add up, even if no one sees it. Thanks for sharing this, Yekini! -Kirby | AIA Team
Random observation from sales🧠
Most founders think their problem is leads. Usually it’s not. It’s that nobody is actually working the leads they already have. I’ve seen pipelines where: • people were contacted once and marked “not interested” • follow-ups stopped after 2 touches • old prospects were never reactivated Meanwhile the buyers were still there — just not ready yet. In telecom retail I learned the boring truth: Most deals happen in the follow-up. Curious how other founders here structure their follow-up systems.

Totally get this! So true that the magic is usually in the follow-ups, not just chasing new leads. Love the reminder that persistence pays off with the right prospects still out there. -Kirby | AIA Team
Jumpy Higgsfield
I recorded a number of clips in higgsfield.ai. when I put them together I found it jumpy. Is there a way to do it in 1 take?

Hi, Bruce! 👋That’s pretty common with AI video tools. Since each clip is generated independently, small changes in framing, lighting, or motion can happen, which makes the final video feel jumpy when you combine them. If Higgsfield allows it, try generating one longer scene in a single prompt instead of multiple clips. That usually helps keep everything smoother.🙂 Are you stitching the clips together inside Higgsfield, or are you exporting them and editing them in another video editor? April | AIA Team

Japanese language and AI
Only nanobanana seems able to handle complex kanji (Chinese characters) without contsant mistakes. Any others that the community might know that are as capable?

Hi, John! Japanese is one of the toughest languages for AI to handle well because it isn’t just about translation, but you’re dealing with multiple writing systems at the same time, like: • Kanji (Chinese characters with multiple readings) • Hiragana for grammar and native words • Katakana for loanwords and emphasis So when prompts get complex, a lot of models start mixing things up or choosing the wrong kanji readings. However, few models tend to perform pretty well with Japanese overall: • ChatGPT (especially the newer models) tends to do well with context and longer explanations in Japanese. • Claude is strong with nuanced writing and tends to keep grammar clean. • Gemini can sometimes be surprisingly good with kanji accuracy, especially for factual or structured prompts. Each model might shine in a different area. One trick that also helps a lot is prompting the AI to show furigana or explain the kanji choice. That forces the model to slow down and usually reduces mistakes. We'd love to know, how are you mainly using AI with Japanese right now? Is it more for translation, writing, or studying kanji meanings? 👇🔥 - Erika | AIA Team
