Hello everyone! I'm from Indiana and currently getting ready to launch My Recovery Support, a mobile app for iOS and Android, hopefully within the next week. I've been working on several AI-powered features, including an AI recovery coach and personalized AI journal prompts, along with many other features designed to help people in recovery. I'm also using AI heavily in website design and development, as well as exploring ways to incorporate it into various 3D printing applications. I'm here to learn, connect with others, and stay current on the latest AI technologies, tools, and best practices. I'm especially interested in AI agents, automation, and finding practical ways to integrate AI into a technology services business. I'm continuing to develop my own software products, but I'm also exploring opportunities to help businesses use AI to solve real problems, improve efficiency, and automate everyday processes. Progress isn’t always measured by how much you accomplish in a single day. Some days you make tremendous strides. Other days, you take just one small step. And that’s perfectly okay. Success isn’t about moving at full speed every day. It’s about staying committed to the journey, learning along the way, and refusing to give up on what matters to you. 🌙💜 GRAND SETTING, AI ADVANTAGE LEADERS! 👑🚀 Let me challenge the room with a question that deserves more than a comfortable answer. Are we genuinely developing stronger leaders through artificial intelligence, or are we quietly creating a generation of decision-makers who cannot function without it? 🧠⚖️ We're celebrating faster workflows, automated decisions, intelligent agents, and extraordinary productivity gains. And we should celebrate innovation. But here's the uncomfortable conversation I believe executive leadership must confront: What happens when efficiency increases while independent judgment decreases? Consider this scenario. 👇🏽 🏢 THE EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM TEST Two business leaders implement advanced AI systems. 💼 LEADER A automates nearly every operational decision. Productivity increases dramatically. Reports are generated instantly. Recommendations arrive within seconds. However, when the AI system produces a questionable recommendation, the leader struggles to explain the reasoning behind it. 💼 LEADER B uses AI just as extensively but maintains independent analytical capabilities, challenges recommendations, validates critical information, and knows exactly when human intervention is necessary. Both leaders appear successful. Both demonstrate technological advancement. But which leader has actually become more powerful? And more importantly... 🚨 Which organization is better prepared when the technology fails, produces misleading information, or encounters a situation it was never designed to handle? 👑 MY EXECUTIVE PERSPECTIVE As an AI-Certified Business Consultant and Founder of Agentic Leadership Collective, I believe the greatest threat to the future of AI leadership may not be technological failure. It may be the gradual erosion of human judgment disguised as technological progress. I support automation, intelligent systems, and agentic innovation. However, my position remains firm: 💜 AI should expand our capabilities, not replace our ability to think.

This is an amazing capability. The 'animal guesser' knows a few facts about a few animals and tries to guess the one you're thinking of by asking questions. But this also a rudimentary old school AI learning system - so if it gets it wrong it asks you for a question to help it guess that animal right next time. I remember coding this in BASIC (yes, that looong ago!) but I couldn't do it now. Thankfully, you only have to describe the behaviour and AI works it out. Two more points: [1] I used regular chat AI before I went to the app generator AI to noodle out what the input for that should look like (I always like to bootstrap AI dev by breaking it down in stages like that) - getting the spec right is key and a separate task; [2] I admit I didn't play fair with the game by thinking of crocodile right after I'd taught it alligator :-)
