Hi everyone! I live in Round Rock Texas for now. Judo in my 40's, after black I needed a change. I ran for awhile then long walks to a nearby lake with my lab Lollie. Peloton strength training which I intend to pick up again after my body regenerates. Tai Chi feels just right for now as I am only 3 or so yrs from 70. I'm really excited
