Breakthrough Elite is lifesaving! After entering this community I feel much more confident that I can get the job that I dreamed because @Alex B brightened the way for me. Once alex said "my Linkedin is more important than my house" I've been thinking about it for some time now, it's very true, if we can showcase our expertise then we shouldn't be worried about anything and this golden sentence was my aha moment. Additionally, I was comparing my Linkedin to my higher up manager! my Linkedin is better than theirs now! There are many people in the business who don't know Breakthrough tips!

Elites Toronto Meetup, our First Meeting
Tonight was one of those rare moments that stay with you forever. I finally met @Sara Moein my very first in-person connection from our Toronto Elite Community, and honestly, I still can’t fully express everything I’m feeling. We sat down at Starbucks, she coming straight from work and me right after the gym, on that cold, cloudy Toronto evening… and from 5 PM until 9 PM, we talked nonstop.😍☺️ Life, dreams, struggles, breakthroughs—all of it—with no filters and no hesitation. It felt like meeting someone I’ve known for years. Someone who understands you instantly, without needing anything explained. I still can’t believe how natural it was.🥹🥹 For the first time in a long time, I spoke freely. Openly. Comfortably. No walls. No pretending. Just real human connection. And this… this is the gift that this community gives us. A space filled with people who share the same energy, the same courage, the same hunger to rise, and somehow, you meet someone who feels like family on day one. It is truly magic.🌟✨🌟✨🌟 I’m truly grateful.🥹 To this community. To @Alex B And to every single person who shows up here with heart. After hours of talking, we looked at each other, shoulder to shoulder proud of the women we’re becoming and the path we’re walking together.🥹✨💪🤗✨🌟✨ Sara joon… I genuinely adore you. Thanks for coming and Thanks for especial coffee ☕️ 🫠😍❤️ This was the first Toronto Elite meetup, and it’s only the beginning. If you’re in Toronto and want to join us next time, message me. We’d love to have you with us. @Sara Moein ❤️✨❤️✨❤️🫠🫠🫠🥹🥹❤️

✊Day 0 Task (B)- Linkedin Introduction (⚠️Very Important)
please follow below example and tell us about your story (good, bad or ugly, BE REAL BE RELAXED, you are in a safe zone here) in the comments: Include your linkedin profile link, a win/fail, a goal and an obstacle/struggle (*could be physical or mental limitation*) in your personal career story! Let's gooooooo🔥🔥 ✅Hi Everyone, This is Alex Amir. here is my linkedin profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/abajestani/ Please feel free to send me an invite. Wins: My biggest career Win is that I was able to enter my dream company PWC early in my Career (and yes I did a lot of work to get there) then moved on to KPMG, 2 of the big4! Where I was fortunate enough to be able to work and learn from many industries and various large size companies, through consulting in Human resource systems, mainly "Workday"! Then I got tired of employee routine and followed some contractors who were working for Big4 ! I tried to network with them and learn their secrets but wasn’t successful! As they were very conservative about these contracts! Long story short, with my willpower and curiosity personality, I found it! I learned a way to became an independent consultant! And get high-paying clients! All of a sudden my income tripled!! Lots of fun, Amazing pay and amazing flexibility! This lifestyle helped me choose my preferred projects to work on and decline the rest! I have consulted various clients in Workday HR systems such as Major Banks,Retails (Loblaws), Healthcare ( Cancer Care Ontario), etc across different industries which gave me a great perspective. In workday data conversion consulting industry, we go by total number of employees of the companies portfolio we consulted , for me this number is above 1 million headcount, having 100,000 under loblaw and metro stores chain itself! I have consulted as Workday Data and HRIS solution architect and currently as a Senior Workday ERP Engineer at a large healthcare organization across 10 states and I work remotely. But I do travel alot between US and Canada!
