Hello...it has been a long long time since I earned my black belt while in the service. We were a small martial arts school coming from a few different disciplines settling underneath Chung Do Kwan. I have had an interest in Qi Gong and Tai Chi for years, books, cds, blah blah...timing....stumbled upon this a few months ago, again today and it is struck me in the right spot. The simplicity of just Walking...letting the body tell you cause Lord knows I dont! :-) Looking forward....
