Is there a Day 4/Finale Replay?
Hi friends. It's 1am. I had physical therapy during the session today. And then in the 12 hours since I've been hyperfocusing the entire time (well I did eat a couple of times, and drink water, and recycle that water 😁) on a super knotty, urgent, time-sensitive, high-impact, complicated thingie with my health insurance. The first part of this had to be resolved by midnight. My body, mind and energy are tired, but I hoped to at least taste today's meeting before bed. I don't see it in the classroom. Does it exist? Coming later? I feel like Day 1 really kicked out a lot of habit patterns for me. That's a huge win for regulation -- and yet, also, because I participated thoroughly and many parts of me said, "Whaaaa?!?, I've been dysregulating a lot in the short run since. But a direction became very clear. I feel tired and grateful.

I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.

For me it is the way you explain everything. That just makes it click in my brain and it stays there somehow... it goes through the brainfog and just sticks there. Like this morning I didn't feel like taking a cold shower... and then this new voice in my head said: Just take the pain upfront. And I did and loved my morning after that!!
