I’m looking for feedback on how the program can be improved. Anything from the visual appearance, the audio quality, the programming, the explanations, the duration or pacing of the sessions….. AMRAP Monday
Instead of just dong EMOMs everyday, I was thinking about doing some AMRAPs (As Many Reps As Possible) as well. This type of format will teach you how to pace yourself for different durations of intensity. Thoughts?

@Kamil Prokurat I use them for strength work too, but maybe every 2 minutes instead of every minute

@Kamil Prokurat Congrats on your journey. That’s most people’s goal! I agree that something in a group/ community format is way better for fun and scalability. I own a CrossFit gym, and the parallel there is that we run group classes, and I can make a lot more money in an hour coaching a group of people, than 1-on-1

@Neil Abbott Jim Rohn was on the ball, big time. Hahaha, it is a grazing podcast though. I think getting on some more podcasts would be a good strategy for growth
