As some of you know, I'm making some shorter videos for You Tube that are just the workout with a short explanation. The one I'm getting ready to post was the AMRAP 10: 10 Hang Power Cleans and 20 Hollow Rocks. The current Title is: The Ultimate 10 Minute Hang Power Clean And Hollow Rock Challenge These are the 3 thumbnail options, which would you click?

Goal Update + Looking for Some Advice
Hello everyone :) I just want to share my goal and some challenges I'm facing. I hope it'll be easier to achieve the goal if I put it out here! My goal is to finally get a muscle-up by the end of January or February. I’m progressing slowly, but I hope I’ll have enough time to get there! 💪 I also wanted to share something personal that might help someone else reach their goals faster and safer. Around late spring, I started feeling more fatigued during workouts(mainly during the intervals with cardio). I was training more often, but instead of improving, my performance slightly dropped, or it definitely wasn’t getting any better - this was just my observation, and I thought I was just a person who is progressing slowly, so it's ok. I also donate blood every ~60 days, and at some point, I noticed my hemoglobin kept getting lower, and it got very low. After a blood test, I found out my iron levels(also D3) were extremely low (about 4x below the normal range) - likely a mix of frequent training, blood donations, and not the best nutrition, which is very likely the main reason for slow progress and fatigue. So now I'm recovering, keeping up with daily classes, and learning more about nutrition and supplements. @Adam Phomin - I know your diet is very natural, and you probably don't rely much on vitamins, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on supporting the body naturally (or with vitamins) during recovery like this.

@Adam Phomin Yeah, coaches in Bath Box, are good, but I've been a bit timid in asking to much 😆 try to leave a bit of time between questions, their very busy and I'm new. Obviously injuries set me back so far so I'm narrowing down on strength and mobility gains in my shoulders this month. Technique wise almost there👍
