@Karl Bro Felt pretty sh1te about it honestly, didn't get through any tests and got crushed by the scaled weights & MU! BUT only 2nd yr rookie, up from foundation last year๐ PB twice and all tested metrics greater than last year so better overall performance and jumped a few people at my Box so finally not last lol ๐๐๐How did you get on? Smashed it? ๐
@Karl Bro cheers mate, coolio. Consistency and patience dude, use next year's Open as a guiding light fence post to aim for ๐ ๐ and remember progress not perfection! ๐train hard, fight easy, live life peacefully ๐
With the Open being over, I've been considering my strength and weaknesses, and how I can progress. On that note, I'm thinking of intentionally doing more heavy squatting in order to get a little stronger. Do you have any specific areas that you'd like to improve?
@Karl Bro yeah I did this to start with as well ๐ Britian 5 hrs ahead so can only catch live at 10:00 ๐ after a month got back at my Box so genaraly catchup with everyone Sandbag Saturdays or Sundery recovery movement ๐ฅณ (or a day I can't get a WOD in) Maybe see you in the comments K, good luck dude, consistency is the key mate ๐
