The deal of a lifetime appears once a month if you believe that and...you are constantly on the lookout and, if you know what a deal of a lifetime even looks like. When you think of a deal of a lifetime, what does that look like for you? You may be into antique cars or high end watches. I was into rental properties locally. I liked 2 family houses in my early age of thought process. One roof, one furnace, one building, 2 incomes. Has my thought process changed over the years? Absolutely! Could I cash out on these houses I acquired and transfer them into other types of real estate or a completely different asset? Yes! Doing shit gives you options, many options!
