What do you all think, should I put together a video of each of the courses at the top of each classroom module? Would that help a bit?

For 11 years I posted content “when I felt like it.” Which meant when I was inspired. Which meant when I had time. Which meant basically never. My reach stayed around 200 impressions. Flat. I was connecting with anyone who showed up in my feed. Random. Passive. Hoping the algorithm would do the work. Then I made a bet on myself: Show up every day. Connect with intention. Personalize every request. Day 1: 200 impressions. Day 7: Still quiet. Day 14: A stranger messaged me out of nowhere. 60 days later: ~500,000 in reach. Not because I got smarter. Because I finally stopped waiting to feel ready. Consistency isn’t about motivation. It’s about being present long enough for the right people to find you.

We are at 59 members, 13 days in, from my mentors and coaches, they say that this is great progress. But I will say, it only gets better when we get more people in so share with your fellow leaders/aspiring leaders and alike, let's get this place bouncing!
