Hi, my first goal is to run 5k nonstop. I have never run in my life I did other sports like judo, bike riding now doing wing chun and walking. I can do 5k walk in 52 minutes would like to see how fast I can go once I can do 5k without stopping not bothered about times initially, time goals can come later. Oh I am 69 years old with a stent having had a mild heart attack doc say ok to run
