I play Badminton as often as I can. It takes my mind of school and can get really competitive (which I love)!. This is what I did (and still do) before starting to go the gym. Due to this, my right arm is visibly stronger than my left. Is it true that your muscle imbalances will get lowered (i.e. balance out) as time goes by going to the gym naturally? Or, do I have to focus on more unilateral exercises? This is what I forget to mention during our call @Kody Hull

Introduction
Hi, Iโ€™m Aakash. Iโ€™m 17, 5โ€™10 and currently weigh 66kg. I realised recently that Iโ€™m pretty skinny at the moment, so I am feeling the need to bulk whilst building muscle. Right now, I'm really motivated to achieve that goal, so this is what prompted me to join this community
