Can a mixture of Humic Acid and Fish Hydrolysate be used effectively on Tomato plants as a foliar spray that are being grown in soil with low F:B ?

Have you thought about adding wine cap mushroom spawn to your bed ? They are very beneficial in gardens and will eat mostly straw and woody material. They can also attack nematodes in the soil. They are also edible and tasty.

@Jim Flach Inoculating in fall or early spring is best. I have not done it here only because we have so many native mushrooms in my yard. Ground cover plants will also help protect it in the hottest months. We plan on moving soon and It will definitely be one of the first things I do to any raised beds I can make at the next property.
Emitters
Has anyone tried these style of emitters for a bed irrigation setup? I like the vortex style but the stream seems to put more water in the same spot.

@Dennis Wichter I believe this also ties into the food industry. There is a gap between the nutrition and the knowledge. Once people are learning about proper nutrition for our bodies we would be less likely to consume the things that hurt it. Just like the soil and what we add to it.

Howdy, I go by Mac. I raise bunnies, chickens and two large dogs. In my free time I forage, garden and make all kinds of art.
