Give it up for @Kyle Schmidt 👏 1 month into the program… 15lbs down!! Started at 336 and already down to 321. That didn’t happen by accident. He stayed consistent, navigated Easter weekend without falling off, allowed some flexibility, and kept showing up. This is what it looks like when you commit and follow through. Progress won’t always be this fast, but this first month is proof of what’s possible when you lock in. 🔥

Mobility… would be easier to get folks accustomed to to the live format… slower more controlled…. Can set up space to view the call while doing the exercise

Shoutout to @Keith Lopez for this INSANE 5-month transformation. Keith started at 175lbs and is now at 165lbs. He is currently eating 2,800-3,000 calories per day to keep his weight up! (That's what happens when the metabolism is sky high) Nutrition Dialed ✅ Workouts Dialed ✅ Mobility/Recovery Dialed ✅ Amazing work @Keith Lopez 🏆

New to the Lab
Hello there, from NorthEast Wisconsin! I just started working with Michael to get my health back on track. I’ve got some major weight to loose and strength to build back after 5 years of sedentary, high stress lifestyle coupled with garbage nutrition and unconscious stress eating. Looking forward to building, and connecting with others who are also building sustainable healthy routines to feel and perform at their best! Favorite movie… there are so many. All time fav though is Top Gun & Top Gun Maverick. I think they are the all time best movies to ever hit the box office.
