Hey friends — there wasn’t a Day 3 post yesterday, and that was on purpose. (ish) I had a really full workday and by the time evening rolled around, my nervous system was DONE. So instead of forcing myself to show up online, I did something very reparenting-coded: I ate a simple dinner (cold tofu for the win 🥘), watched some cozy tarot on the YouTube ('Tea & Tarot w. Julie Poole' - who's your favorite?), and went to bed early. No chores. No productivity. No pushing. And that… was the micro-habit. A lot of us learned that we only get to rest after everything is done. But part of reparenting is letting ourselves stop when we’re tired, not when we’re “finished.” So today’s micro-habit is simple: If you were exhausted yesterday, let that be okay. If you need to move slowly today, let that be okay too. You didn’t fall behind. Nothing broke. You're still here. 👍 = rested or needed to Emoji / GIF = current energy We’re back to gentle, tiny practices today. 🌱
