Rate my current diet boyos
i only eat this shot I've been eating it for months and have cheated only like twice. I want to know how i can improve it to ascend but its holding up pretty good so far and I'm seeing bone growth. The diet consists of mainly (raw) muscle and organs, from any animals I can get. I cook it when i can but most of the time (like 90% lol) I don't have the resources to cook it and just eat it raw. I also eat a shit ton of grapes, I go through 2 bags a day. I drink Pepsi, and sometimes coke. The store sometimes has the diet versions cheaper so when they do I buy that. If I had to guess I would say I drink about 3 liters of soda daily. When I get extra money I'll buy eggs and drink them raw, because they are easier to eat. I also get 2 loaves of sourdough a week, and eat those within the week and don't waste food. I also have a severe smoking addiction and go through 1-2 packs daily, so that might effect my health a little too. and sometimes I'll treat myself to milk if I have the money. But to sum it up my diet is essentially: 1.Raw red meat 2.Raw organs 3. Grapes 4. Sourdough 5. Soda 6. Eggs 7. Cigarettes 8. Milk No this isn't satire lol, I want genuine feedback because it works but I feel like i could improve it in micros. Anything helps <3

If ur poisoned by the modern toxicity u can use well circulated mineral baths from a primitive spring whatever the geography pernits something between 103 and 105 Farenheit. I would suggest a spring of untouched water filtering through miles of river stones. Bathing in this hot water will loosen the congestion in your membranes and allow you to expel toxic congestion from your body. This can promote optimal growth in your membranes through optimization of your DNA being restructured by the natural water and allow for more nutrition and consciousness to live in your body through expelling the poisons and freeing space in your membranes. If the hot bathing causes your brain to overheat then U must cool it by jumping into cold river water that may possibly be in close proximity to the hot mineral springs. Also u must stay hydrated in the baths i believe Aajonus Vonderplanitz speaks of a certain formula to drink before bathing in order to help the membranes regenerate from being detoxed in the baths. It was something like Oranges and Coconut. I can imagine that the Orange would quickly move the Coconut through the physiology and rapidly assimilate with those areas that have expelled the toxicity. I hypothesize that these temperatures can make your body your malleable so bone smashing and these practices you speak of will likely become more effective and less damaging to your membranes in the case that they're cold from the body's natural temperatures potentially damaging the membranes which could be suboptimal for the longterm.
