🔊Our meeting focused on the challenges faced by the community, particularly those working to bring the IDGs in organizations. Members discussed; strategies for engaging with business units, executives and potential clients, the importance of using clients' language, focusing on their pain points and goals, and the need to adapt their approach to different types of companies. The conversation ended with the decision to create a Google document to continue the discussion and schedule a second session. Hi, my name is Melli. I was a principal of a school of 850 students till 2022. After this work, that I loved very much, I felt a little bit lost and started a training to work as a stressmanagement-coach. Then I got in contact to the old japanese philosophy Ikigai and did a training to become an Ikigai-Coach. My trainer Motoki Tonn is member of the IDG-movement. I am really glad to be a member of this community and look forward to all of you♥️🙏
