Date: 11–12 Dec 2025 Day: Thursday–Friday One thing I want to remember about these days: These two days were not very productive, but I stayed consistent with my prayers and remained connected with the community during a difficult time. What affected my productivity: I was not feeling well due to illness, and there was also a death in a friend’s family, which affected my focus and energy. Achievements: - Completed all daily prayers - Checked and stayed active in the community - Maintained patience during a difficult situation What I learned: - Health and emotional balance are important for productivity - It’s okay to slow down during hard days - Consistency matters more than intensity Reflection: Due to illness and a sad family situation, I could not make these days productive. However, I feel better now, and InshaAllah, the next days will be more productive. I am ready to return to my routine with better focus and energy.

I have shared the notes in the community. 02:30 PM to 04:00 PM Lunch and Namaz e Zuhar break, also attended by my younger brother Dr. Sajid, who visited our home. He came to Pakistan on his holidays. 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM Namaz e Asar, Completed the script and thumbnail of our YT channel. Namaze Magrib, then I started watching Formula of Rizq part 2. 08:00 PM to 011:00 PM Esha prayer, Dinner and then watched the Linked profile audit by Ammar Bhai and watched a video of “Save your Energy”. Data Analytics Project 10 : Power BI Data Survey Report I’m excited to share my latest Power BI project: the Data Survey Report Dashboard, built to analyze global data professionals’ demographics, salary trends, programming language preferences, and career challenges. This project focuses on turning raw survey data into clear, decision-ready insights that reflect real workforce patterns across the data industry. The single-page dashboard highlights key KPIs such as total number of volunteers, average age of participants, and average salary by job designation. It also breaks down country of residence using a treemap, compares salaries across roles with shaded bar charts, and shows preferred programming languages through multi-category bar visuals. To better understand career experiences, the dashboard includes a donut chart showing the difficulty of breaking into the data field and gauge visuals measuring satisfaction with salary and working environment. These indicators help stakeholders quickly assess sentiment, challenges, and overall satisfaction levels within the data community. This project is designed for HR and talent acquisition teams, data and analytics managers, academic institutions, and workforce planning teams.
