Dear Tinnitus Community (What If...)
If I could help you improve ONE part of your tinnitus life first, what would you want help with? I'm very curious to know.

I found my sleep is directly tied to how I felt that night, the few hours before going to bed. If I felt relaxed and not anxious and not bothered by my tinnitus I would usually have a good night sleep, otherwise not so good. I usually do meditation and relaxation techniques before going to bed, and have the sound machine on while I sleep, but it doesn't always work,. However, I can say overall it's helping and my sleep is getting better, especially compared to the first couple of months.
Tinnitus quieter but still anxiety at the top
Today my T is a little bit quieter than the last days but my anxiety is still at the top. I should be more relaxed but I am not seeing that T can be reduced. Any advice?

For me ever since I started doing meditations and practicing mindfulness and awareness it's helped my anxiety with my tinnitus, and in general (life) as well.
Wednesday Check-In ✅
Happy Wednesday, awesome people! On Monday, you set your one thing to focus on for the week. How's it going so far? I'll go first below... 👇

The last 2 days were good, today is a bit more challenging since I didn't have a good night sleep last night. But I'm using sound therapy to help me focus, in addition to practicing the different techniques.
📅 Monday check-in: What’s your ONE focus this week?
New week... fresh start... and one simple question: 👉 What is the ONE thing you want to focus on this week that could help your tinnitus journey move forward? Not 5 things. Not every tool at once. Just the one thing that would make this week feel meaningful. A few examples: - use one relaxation technique every day - stop checking the sound so often - be more consistent with sound enrichment - handle spikes with a calmer response - get back into one activity you’ve been avoiding Here are the rules: 1. it should be one thing 2. it should be specific enough that by Friday you can say, “yes, I did that” or “no, I didn’t” 3. it should actually help you move forward, not just keep you busy Share your ONE thing in the comments below. And if you feel stuck, comment that too and tell me what you’re stuck on. That’s often where the real progress starts. 🙏💡

@Guy Cohen I agree this is a great video. This is the one thing I will focus on this week.
