Last night's training with rtc was a conditioning and strength session which consisted of a circuit containing shuttle runs, planks and sit ups. The rain stopped and out came the sun whilst will trained. Great session and he really enjoyed working on the other important factors of being a good goalkeeper.

A tough one to take today. The lads played well but it wasn't enough. 6 Group Games and 6 Wins 6 Clean Sheets and 11 Goals Quarter Final Win 2:0 But an unlucky 1:0 defeat in the Semi Final.
