Philippians 3:1–16 is a whole reset.
Paul basically says: stop building your worth on the “resume.” Religious performance. Reputation. People’s approval. “Doing it right.” He had ALL of it… and then he drops the mic: “Whatever was gain to me, I count it as loss.” Why? Because the things he once leaned on for identity were actually keeping him from real freedom. Then he makes it personal: I don’t want a righteousness I build. I want the kind that comes from relationship. I want to know Him — not just know about Him. And knowing Him includes both: • resurrection power (life, victory, strength) • and the fellowship of suffering (the hard seasons that refine you) Then comes the part that feels like therapy AND discipleship: “Forgetting what is behind…” Not pretending it didn’t happen. Not erasing the past. But refusing to let it drive the future. And he admits something we all need to hear: “Not that I’ve already arrived…” He’s still in process… but he’s committed to the direction. Press on. Stay focused. Keep moving. Run your race. This is the blueprint: Stop rehearsing the old identity. Release the old “gains.” Let the past be a teacher, not a master. And pursue the life you were created for — on purpose. That’s maturity. That’s freedom. That’s Philippians 3. 💙 #epicyourlife #amishmatchmakers #single2married #goodword #deepdive

First day of Connection DNA!
The 3 C’s of Connection 1. Confidence 2. Communication 3. Commitment My husband and I have been doing Epic 30 first thing in the morning for the past few days and we are already seeing such a difference, not only in our communication but also in how we feel throughout the rest of the day. Very interested to start tracking my time the next few days to see how much of my daily time is not spent leading me towards reaching my goals.

Proverbs 31
Proverbs 31 was never meant to be a measuring stick. It was written as a recognition of value. In the Hebrew, the phrase “a virtuous woman” is Eshet Chayil — and chayil means strength, substance, capacity, weight. It’s the same word used for warriors and people of great influence. This passage isn’t praising a woman for doing everything. It’s honoring a woman who carries weight well. Her value is described as far above rubies — not emotionally, but practically. She is rare. She is trusted. She is not easily replaced. Her husband’s heart trusts her — meaning she carries authority, discernment, and responsibility without being controlled. She sees what needs to be done and moves with wisdom. She plans. She builds. She stewardes resources well. “Strength and dignity are her clothing.” That’s not something she puts on for others — it’s how she shows up in the world. Her identity is settled. Her value is internal. She speaks with wisdom because she knows who she is. She works with intention because she understands what she carries. Her life produces fruit because she lives aligned. Proverbs 31 isn’t calling women to do more. It’s naming the strength and value that already exists when a woman is fully alive in her design. Not pressured. Not proving. Not performing. Grounded. Capable. Valuable. Trusted. #identity #woman #proverbs31 #permission #epicyourlife #amishmatchmakers #single2married #bydesign #powerful #strength
