First few days of the 30 Day Reset
Oddly enough, I do the body scan focus meditation fairly well. I have a technique for ridding myself of thoughts, which is imagining cutting the string of a balloon and allowing it to float away. However, the focused thought part I do struggle with. Five minutes of listening to my body seem like seconds. Five minutes of focused thought seems like an eternity. Not sure what this means, except the fact it's something I will need to work on more than once a day.

Energy Management 😬
Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve noticed something that’s shifted my perspective. I still believe there’s power in manifestation, affirmations, and being present, but I’ve realized that what matters even more—for me at least—is my energy investment. When I don’t prioritize quality sleep, recovery, and giving my mind time to slow down, it’s so much harder to stay present and embody the person I’m trying to become. Working with people every day made me notice this. I’m constantly choosing my battles, reading conversations, and managing different personalities. When I’m well-rested and my nervous system feels regulated, handling those stressors feels natural. But when my energy is depleted, even with the same manifestation practices, it’s harder to stay aligned. It made me realize that protecting my energy isn’t separate from manifestation—it might actually be one of the biggest parts of it.

Deep work is interesting!
I’ve been working on being more present with my thoughts ;especially in tough situations with other people 🤣 but what’s been standing out to me more is grounding. I’ve been noticing the more time I give myself to get grounded before my day; it’s been easier to counter those negative thoughts. I’ve been trying to think of quick little ways to ground myself if I can’t meditate first thing.

@Jessie West right now I use this app called ThinkUp and what it does is that it gives me a affirmation throughout the day a certain times and I take a minute to read the affirmation and become present. And I’ve also have a counter when the app doesn’t wanna work my iPhone gives me reminders at certain times like 2:22 pm or 4:44 of one of my favorite affirmations😬.
Heavy Energy Forecast (What to do)👁️
I posted on my story yesterday about the energy happening Turns out im not the only one feeling it. Tons of people right now are being energetically affected. But what does this mean and what are you supposed to do? This energy has been showing you where you are no longer aligned, where you continue to give energy to actions that deplete you. It is a form of ego death (but you can't really kill the ego) to step into a new identity that more closely supports the expansion of your soul. One main thing I've noticed in myself, my clients and my friends right now also feeling this heaviness; the distraction. The ego attempts to distract you from fears that if felt would dismantle it through social media, work, people etc. Notice how you are now distracting yourself from your internal world. What do you need to accept that your ego is distracting you from with external factors? This is where the change lies Much love!
