I've been struggling with feeling stuck for a little while now. Then on Saturday, while doing yoga, I realized I'm holding particular poses for longer than I was a few months ago when I started practicing again. And it hit me, I AM making progress. Not just in yoga, but in life as general. The problem isn't things aren't moving forward, it's that they're not moving in the way I EXPECTED them to move. Once I dropped those expectations, peace came. Not perfect pace. The things I'm dealing with are legit issues, but it calmed me enough to focus on the next right step.
Acceptance
Accept who you are, Who you have been and, and who you will become. Your light is bright and filled with love I am so grateful to be in this community with like minded individuals like my self and to still even be here on this planet having this experience of life. Hope all is well with you all 💜🙏🏼

First few days of the 30 Day Reset
Oddly enough, I do the body scan focus meditation fairly well. I have a technique for ridding myself of thoughts, which is imagining cutting the string of a balloon and allowing it to float away. However, the focused thought part I do struggle with. Five minutes of listening to my body seem like seconds. Five minutes of focused thought seems like an eternity. Not sure what this means, except the fact it's something I will need to work on more than once a day.
Staying Sober
I’ve always had a very back and forth relationship to mary jane, there’s been times I’ve been using her very unhealthily for escapism and avoidance. But there has also been times her use has been very aligned and sparked new ideas, pleasure, and joy in my life For 2 years now I have been in a constant tug of war between these two truths. I have tired to quit so many times and have gone 2 months, 3 months without it. Then, because I’ve been without it the idea of using it for a fun beach day or a chill self care night sounds justified and harmless but ultimately brings me to the same hole. My soul is begging me to just stay sober and my inner teenager is resisting it like crazy because weed is one of the very few comforts I still have. All day every day I am taking aligned, boring action towards my goals. Going to the gym, working nonstop on my business, eating the same things to hit my protein and macros, and weed is the LAST comfortable thing I have, that lets me feel carefree. But it’s also the last thing holding me back from the version of myself I know is going to be more rewarding and help me grow, so today is 4 days sober with no loopholes, no exceptions, and no excuses. Sharing this here because this is a promise to myself I cannot break again, and this is the most supportive audience to witness my commitment ❤️

I'm so proud of you. I'm 90 some odd days sober from pretty much everything, so I understand how hard what you're doing is. Stay focused on your why, and don't allow anybody to pull you from your truth.

@Isabella Fenter Just as proud of you. Getting sober is traumatic, to say the least, which is why nearly half don't continue. What we're learning and (hopefully) doing here are tools to help stay focused on why we're doing it and finding the inner strength to avoid going back. We got this.
30 DAY IDENTITY SHIFT CHALLENGE❤️‍🔥
In my Heaven State Free Masterclass we covered how to use the power of the mind to achieve flow state & I have challenged those of you who are serious about your dream life to a 30 day challenge to shift your identity as much as possible into alignment with the ideal version of yourself.⭐ So HERE is the challenge and what you MUST do (write this down somewhere like a whiteboard) 1. First, take your time to fill your identity shift sheet. This will set the foundation to your ideal self so you know where you must direct your energy every single day. (make sure to make a copy and save it somewhere its easy to access) 2. Using your identity shift YOU MUST every single day use the hyper awareness strategy to direct your energy towards this new identity, rather than your old one. 3. To strengthen your skill with the hyper awareness strategy, do the 2 exercises i taught you in the masterclass (#1 Observe thoughts for 5 mins, remember them, then write them down immediately, then increase by 1 minute every day. And Exercise #2 , hold 1 thought in your mind for 5 minutes and let all other thoughts pass, increase by 1 minute every day) Only do these exercises for up to 20 minutes each to keep them time convenient. This skillset you must use to draw back energy to yourself, observe internal state & either redirect concentrated energy to your ideal self vibration, or hold space for negative emotions to process the fears getting in the way of a shift (but then redirect energy to close the loop like I taught you) If you didn't attend the masterclass, this free training covers a bit of the hyper awareness strategy so use it to your disposal to direct energy to your ideal self 4. SHARE YOUR WINS EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY-SUNDAY in the community: THIS is so important because it helps you notice where energy is shifting, even if its a small win like "I manifested a parking spot", without this, you are not doing the challenge properly. Shifting energy to where the cup is half full automatically puts you in the frequency of abundance rather than lack.
