I'm here because I just got out from a big depression, quit weed and want to enhance myself spiritually. Power of will is not working that effective as it worked before in my attempts to change myself, so I seek another way to change. I hope this practice can be beneficial for me.

Hi :) My name is Tyra. I haven’t introduced myself yet within the community, but I feel called to make this post, so I’ll do it now. I’m 20 yrs old and Im from NJ. I’ve been on my “spiritual” path for about 2-3 yrs now. Being introduced to esoteric knowledge has been so insightful and fulfilling for me, although it may not always be sunshine and rainbows lol. Recently, things have been shifting for me and it seems to be that others are going through a similar experience. It’s been nerve wracking and a bit scary tbh, but that’s why I’m making this post. I know I’m probably not the only one who feels like this. I feel like i’m watching the collapse of my old identity/timeline to embrace a new one. If you feel the same, I know that you too are evolving, expanding, and growing. Good things are coming, even if you feel otherwise 🫶🏽✨.

I'll go first: My core practice I'm open to working with this week is, the ability to find balance with different types of rest. Did you know there are 7 types? The main one is sensory rest for me.

Have you ever noticed bees are constantly busy, typically the term is coined by "busy as a bee" - they have social order and a role, purpose and duty to provide their colony with. To them the hive is their oyster and the world helps support it. "But Theia I thought Irah's free community is meant for people who are transitioning post burnout, hustle or being disconnected?" Yes, that may be true, we also mainly focus on those looking to expand or are a mix. My questions to you are, how committed are you to taking ALIGNED action vs action just because that's what you've done for days, weeks, months or years 👀 Different seasons of life, require different approaches. Don't you think the bees adapt their strategy to retrieve pollen, especially with how rapidly the world is changing? Don't forget they die defending their purpose. Whether I'm managing this community, hopping on strategy sessions or mapping things out with clients: I believe in preservation of our psyche, dharma over everything and expansion of our soul. Just like Irah, I'm committed to this path. I was one of her first few client's back in 2023 so we go way back! I'm based in NZ 🇳🇿 but South African Indian 💃🏽 Just like you, I went the logical route due to societal conditioning and pressure. The high acheiving route, was a success overall but even though I had good intentions - I knew they were going to evolve, I just did not know how. From being born into a colonized version of Dharmic traditions to holding a Bachelor of Communications in Cinematography, Digital Communications & Psychotherapy. (That on its own was a recipe to get disowned and that's exactly what happened). And now using the knowledge I have integrated through lived experience and direct application to empower people's lives with Irah and my own creative path.
