The answer is different for everyone. After reading this, share in the comments what Natural Wellness means to you. 🌿 The Language of Wellness In the world of wellness, we don’t speak in disease names. Those labels were created by the sickness industry—an industry built on identifying a “problem” and selling a “solution” (prescriptions, tests, surgeries) that turns human pain into profit. Their mindset is simple: “A cured patient is a customer lost.” Wellness, on the other hand, is about listening to the body. It's about recognising which system or organ is out of balance and restoring that balance—ideally before symptoms escalate. 🌱 But of course, it’s not always simple… Science now shows that childhood trauma is commonly the root of adult ailments. So when someone says “it’s all in your head,” it’s not always a slur—it can be an invitation to explore deeper emotional scars that shaped the mind and later the body. Specific emotional wounds often create very specific physical patterns.The challenge is uncovering them.
