🇺🇸 How many thoughts have you believed today without ever questioning them? “I’m not enough.” “I always mess things up.” “Nothing is ever going to change.” “I can’t do this.” Most of us don’t realize that we spend much of our day running on automatic thoughts—many of them shaped by old experiences, fear, survival mode, or beliefs we’ve carried for years. The problem is… Your brain doesn’t always tell you the truth. And every thought creates a feeling. Every feeling influences your actions. And those actions slowly become your reality. That’s why I love this simple practice: ✨ Catch it. Become aware of the thought. ✨ Check it. Ask yourself: • Is this actually true? • Is this helping me? • Would I say this to someone I love? ✨ Change it. Choose a thought that is more compassionate, empowering, and aligned with the woman you’re becoming. This isn’t about pretending everything is perfect or forcing toxic positivity. It’s about gently teaching your mind and nervous system that you have another choice. One thought won’t change your life overnight.
