🇺🇸 Lately, life has been asking a lot of many of us. Whether it’s the uncertainty in the world, family responsibilities, work, grief, or simply trying to hold everything together… Our nervous systems are carrying more than we often realize. One of the biggest misconceptions about healing is that it requires the perfect environment or an hour of free time. But healing can begin in a single breath. That’s why I wanted to share one of my favorite practices with you today. The Physiological Sigh is a simple, science-backed breathing technique that helps signal safety to your nervous system. It won’t make your problems disappear. But it can create just enough space between what you’re feeling and how you respond. Sometimes, that’s exactly what we need. Welcome home. ──────────────────────── 🇪🇸 Últimamente, la vida nos ha estado pidiendo mucho a muchas de nosotras. Ya sea por la incertidumbre del mundo, las responsabilidades familiares, el trabajo, una pérdida o simplemente por tratar de sostenerlo todo… Nuestro sistema nervioso está cargando mucho más de lo que a veces alcanzamos a notar. Uno de los mayores mitos sobre la sanación es pensar que necesitamos el momento perfecto o una hora libre para empezar. Pero sanar también puede comenzar con una sola respiración. Por eso hoy quiero compartir contigo una de mis prácticas favoritas. El Suspiro Fisiológico es una técnica de respiración respaldada por la ciencia que ayuda a enviarle una señal de seguridad a tu sistema nervioso. No hará desaparecer tus problemas. Pero puede crear el espacio suficiente entre lo que sientes y la manera en que respondes. Y muchas veces, eso es exactamente lo que necesitamos. 🇺🇸 How many thoughts have you believed today without ever questioning them? “I’m not enough.” “I always mess things up.” “Nothing is ever going to change.” “I can’t do this.” Most of us don’t realize that we spend much of our day running on automatic thoughts—many of them shaped by old experiences, fear, survival mode, or beliefs we’ve carried for years. The problem is… Your brain doesn’t always tell you the truth. And every thought creates a feeling. Every feeling influences your actions. And those actions slowly become your reality. That’s why I love this simple practice: ✨ Catch it. Become aware of the thought. ✨ Check it. Ask yourself: • Is this actually true? • Is this helping me? • Would I say this to someone I love? ✨ Change it. Choose a thought that is more compassionate, empowering, and aligned with the woman you’re becoming. This isn’t about pretending everything is perfect or forcing toxic positivity. It’s about gently teaching your mind and nervous system that you have another choice. One thought won’t change your life overnight. But one new thought, repeated consistently, can begin to change the way you feel, respond, and ultimately the life you create. 🤍 I’d love to hear from you… What’s one thought you’ve caught yourself believing lately that you’re ready to rewrite? El problema es que… Tu mente no siempre te dice la verdad. Y cada pensamiento crea una emoción. Cada emoción influye en tus acciones. Y esas acciones, con el tiempo, crean tu realidad. Por eso amo esta práctica tan sencilla: ✨ Atrápalo. Hazte consciente del pensamiento.

🇺🇸 There are moments in life when no amount of advice can take the pain away. When all we can do is take one breath, then another. If you’re carrying grief, uncertainty, fear, or simply feeling emotionally exhausted… I want you to know that this community is here to hold space for you. Healing doesn’t always look like having the answers. Sometimes healing looks like giving your nervous system permission to soften for just a few moments. Today, I encourage you to try the therapeutic shaking practice shared in this post. You don’t need to do it perfectly. You just need to give yourself permission to pause.
